Why won’t Plaid fix the video so it can be watched? It’s so frustrating to keep seeing “something went wrong. Please try again”. Half a dozen times is far to many times to “re-try”. Please fix it will you?

Beautiful! Just wondering if anyone had issues with the video at the beginning. It kept telling me to retry...something went wrong. I pushed the video ahead and it started again. However it stopped again and went back to the beginning. I love Donna! She is the best!
