In this video we HIKED BUKIT KELUANG in Besut - Terengganu, Malaysia.
It's been a long time since we exercised and after all the food we've been eating we needed it.
We love the outdoors and being surrounded by jungle, we always learn a lot.
Bukit Keluang means something like flying fox hill, this hill is located in Besut district in Terengganu state and it's known amongst the locals as it's an easy hike and the views are stunning once you reach the top, the coastal scenery is absolutely breathtaking and we can even see the perhentian islands.
After the hike we went for a walk on the beach on the other side of the hill, there was a board walk, a few caves and rock formations, such a pleasant place to go with your family.

I used to come here but very long time ago. My family stay in Kg Alur Lintang from 1977 till 1982. It is about 10 km from the beach. There is also another beach called Pantai Air Tawar about 6 km from Bukit Keluang. Both are beautiful beaches. Thanks for the videos as it make me remember my childhood lives. Beaches in West Coast are not as beautiful as in the east coast. I missed my hometown very much.

You should try hike up the gunung stong state park all the way down to the perak state. Very nice experience.

Yes. Just like people in chendor and cherating. They're in Pahang but speak in Terengganu dialect. I think maybe that is common at borders.

Joa, correction...it should be the "East Coast" of Malaysia, which consist of the states of Pahang, Terengganu & Kelantan. Btw, is there any Chalets or Hostels in this island. Interesting hiking & caving👍🏽
