Mamamoo's Main Rapper, Moonbyul, is having a problem lately. Her personality has changed enough that she has taken the test several times; the E has changed to the I and back and forth on her a few times, apparently. She even put that in one of her recent MV's.
I guess it really is more common than most people think.

It really gives the idea that being shy and introvert is the same.

Dami is definitely the most obsessed one. They constantly asked her question about what is what and she answers them right away and even give them situations to choose from. She also knows every member's MBTI. Yoohyeon keeps forgetting about the meaning of the letters and which member has what personality XD

From my understanding of the girls personalities in the past six years, this should be the correct MBTI of each member:
*JiU:* obviously an *ENTP* --->(also an ENFP wanna be)
*SuA:* my baby is a poor *ENFJ* --->(she's just too good for this world)
*SiYeon:* an smart-ass/heroic *ESTP* --->(a weird one at that)
*HanDong:* my easy-going, sassy, kind and muscle-head *ISFP* --->(a little silly, but we love her for that)
*YooHyeon:* our big doggie is most definitely an *ESFJ* --->(she's smart, hardworking, hot tempered, and emotional at the same time)
*DaMi:* our warm-hearted panda is an absolute *ISFJ* --->(she's just too kind, she loves the people around her unconditionally and always tries too fill in the roles or the parts that are most needed around her)
*GaHyeon:* born to be an *ISTP* --->(what else can i say, she's our boss baby)
3:27 onwards, there's a misconception. S/N has nothing to do with rationality/feelings. There are S people who are emotional; N people who are rational, and the other way around.

It's really interesting to see their mbti results change from time to time while mine never changed since I took it the first time until now lol.
I don't really believe in mbti tests that much but it's fun to take it for me sometimes when I'm bored
Each category is on a spectrum, too. A person could be a really strong J but right on the border of T or F and get different results from different tests even though they haven't changed. You might be a scarcer type of person that is pretty strong in all four categories.
That's how it's supposed to be; the result should not change.

The funniest part of this is that they can't even remember what the letters mean. Like, they switched S/N and T/F, and they have P and J reversed, etc.
Not that I put any serious stock into the MBTI, since it's really mostly for fun, but I always get ISTJ and only ISTJ. Dami is my spirit animal in Deukae, she's the smart, rational one. Everybody else is super fun but pretty different from me. lol

As an aside, love the thumbnail for this video. Very aesthetically pleasing and the vibe fits well with the tone of the video of dc being very regimented(?) about mbti. (Regimented is 100% not the right word but I can’t think of the correct one. It’s the idea that the design looks like a blueprint and blueprints usually lay out how to do things/give you instructions on how to proceed mirrors dc’s analysis of how their actions align with their mbti)

I'm very interested when they talked about MBTI, so it became an inspiration and I turn it into a Dreamcatcher fan fiction. But MBTI is not fix and can changes at any time, my own MBTI is INFJ-A but people say I'm an E because I like to make jokes.
mbti doesn't change, but results in tests do because they don't base themselves in actual theory, if you wanna know your real type without doing research, take Michael caloz's mbti test or sakinorva, they are focused on cognitive theory and don't type yourself based on your animical status 😊

Yoohyeon has such a strong Ne-Fi that there’s no way she isn’t an enfp lol, when you have time typing people is really easy to tell types apart. The only member who is a mystery for me is Handong, since she is a really reserved person I’ve found myself having no idea about her function stack,still a iiee ISFP sounds like the most assertive choice for me.

They never say what the modifier is though. It's the identity scale which is either A-Assertive or T-Turbulent. That changes the way the base four are expressed. It reinforces or undercuts the base personality. Assertive people are more confident and relaxed and don't second guess themselves as much as Turbulent people, who think more about past mistakes and have more regrets. I'm an INFJ-T.

I went to analyze some videos between them, and i came to the conclusion that through THE COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS (for those who don't know, the mbti was created through this) the order would be:
JiU: ESFP (Se-Fi-Te-Ni)
SIYEON: ENTP (Ne-Ti-Fe-Si)
SuA: ESTP (Se-Ti-Fe-Ni)

the one dreamcatcher took is ‘16 personalities’ but it’s known for mistyping people. if you really want to take a test then ‘sakinorva’ and ‘keys2cognition’ are the best ones. however if you’re particularly interested, doing your own research is much more accurate than any quiz :)

@@yuucola4145 That's another thing. Personality types don't really work like that. You don't change your personality type. She may have been mistyped, that's the only possibility.
@@yuucola4145 the 16 personalities test is infamous for mistyping people. i’ve also heard that it’s skewed towards certain types (usually infp i think ??) and heavily relies on stereotypical definitions. i’ve only ever managed to type myself but if this comment’s right about her being more of an infj, the isfj was indeed a mistype.
