Cheats a move . At 4.46 he moves his red to a slot. Changes his mind before securing the Red in place then doesn’t return his Red to its original slot . This creating the opportunity to double jump .
These are helpful, but you really have to count on your opponent to make a move that helps you out.

He didn’t cheat, he just moved it backwards
You can’t move outside the destination triangle once you are inside it.
