The rhythm section of Baroness is gnarly. Love the way they kind of showcased their talent on gold and grey. The funk is a little more subtle on Stone, but it’s still there. 🔥🔥🔥
Great interview! Baroness is one of my 3 favourite bands and probably the no.1 band that I listen to the most of those 3. Love every record you've made.
When I listen to Meshuggah I hear a jazz/fusion influence in the drumming, maybe I'm nuts. When I listen to Deafheaven I DEFINITELY hear jazz, it's so. cool.

I LOVE how existential and philosophical he is.
Thanks for the interview!

The new album is really amazing
I completely agree. Been listening to eat at least twice a day since it was released. 🤘🏽🤘🏽
amazing drummer… love his raw style
I would love to hear that first 3 hour conversation between Seb and John - two really curious minds and thoughtful people.
Also...was that a sales pitch for an energy drink at the end of the interview?
fucking CHAMP......, his prospective on life is so refreshing
Great podcast! Thanks for the great chat with Seb!

As a fellow Argentinian hearing Seb name drop Sumo within the first 5 minutes brought me joy
Seb is such a sick drummer, he's perfect, and perfect in Baroness.
