LOL, I closed my eyes to just listen to the words, not watch them, and I have to say your laughter, David, made me crack up laughing too. Oh man, why can't ReTrumplicans just accept the fact that they lost, and move on with their lives? I Tweeted that to Kari Lake, but of course, I never received a reply.
I watched the whole thing. I was once an attorney but thankfully got out of the business because I couldn't stomach the idea of spending my days in company of people like Lake's attorneys. In any event I had to watch this crazy show. This guy (he was paid by My Pillow Guy to testify) was on the stand for a long time to say that when some ballots were printed they ended up being printed the wrong size and therefore couldn't be processed. And somehow that was evidence that someone intentionally messed with the printer in order to prevent from Lake from winning. What? Yes that was all he was there to say. And so when the attorney for the defense asked him to acknowledged that those ballots were eventually corrected and all of them were in fact counted he went on tilt. He was there to talk about the printers and the paper sizes so he went on a kind of mind lock and simply said the printer settings couldn't have been changed by themselves. Which, of course, proved nothing. Lake's case went from back to worse. Her attorney's were laughable--the judge had to explain to them how to ask questions, they screwed up and failed to enter documents into evidence, and even tried to call a witness they had informed the court and defense they were taking off of their witness list. But here's what's scary. If you want the Lake people's You Tube videos they keep talking about how strong a case her attorneys presented and how they clearly proved intentional disenfranchising of enough Lake voters that, were it not for those misdeeds, she would have won. And all the comments are about prayer, God, and how Hobbs is evil and spawn of the Devil.
And a good friend of Trump....l think Melania doesn't like her 🤣😂🤣

Yep. Reddit conservatives and right wing TH-cam channels were praising karis lawyers and saying this case was a slam dunk and they definitely proved their was intent to alter the results. I must have replied to 50 people saying thats crap and if they even watched the trial. They achieved nothing the judge told them they needed to do. Thank God the judge ruled against Kari today

If you read the judges decision the judge asks to submit sanctions suggestions with an amount for damages.
He's not advising them to motion for sanctions. He's noting the defense _already_ said they would call for sanctions.
"The Court notes the representations of the County Defendants that a motion for sanctions would be forthcoming."
He simply sets the deadline for that motion, which is Monday Dec 26th, 8:00 AM. Looks like Maricopa County lawyers are gonna be busy this weekend. Brutal, but .. I guess that's the life of an attorney.

Damm, I've sent something to my printer and confused the shrink to fit / print to borders a dozen times. Nothing gets lost, the copy is just not perfect and needs re-done as intended. Manual recording of each time this happens ensures no votes get lost either.

All very strange- Kari Lake was carrying on about her amazing experts and all of them came across very badly-the guys on her team looked like they had slept in their suits and come straight to court in the morning. I'm no legal expert but even I could see they were all just shooting the breeze hoping for something to stick. I cannot see how Lake thought she had such a crack team on her side-they were useless. In the past we've always heard about those ambulance chasers. The last couple of years have really shown us the bottom feeders that have emerged as lawyers. Defending clients that they knew had rediculous claims. Some actually became complicit in crimes. For example, look at gulliani and powell etc... Clark who went so far to do his clients bidding, he acted to provide a document he knew was wrong. It would seem that lawyers that really want to help their clients and still adhere to the law will have obstacles to overcome.

@@ngtony2969 The lawyer twice asked him if a wrongfully printed ballot would mean that the ballot would not be counted. The "expert" would not answer that question. The answer is that ballots that a tabulator won't read are rewritten on a correct ballot which is then run through a tabulator and counted, so no one is screwed out of their vote. The spoiled and matching corrected ballots are kept so there is proof when there is an audit. This "expert" kept saying that the 19" ballot printing was caused by someone changing parameters in the printer, that was not the question.
