Real life example - Once upon a time when I was a student living in hostel in an around Kohima subdivision a friend of mine(hostel mate) went to Dimapur for some work for couple of days so time passed by and the day came for him to return back to hostel. He started his journey back to Kohima via taxi and finally he reached his destination i.e our hostel. He was very exhausted at the sametime very hungry aswell after the tiresome journey. So upon reaching his room he boiled some water via - water boiler then he quickly went to shop and bought himself some cup noodles and started eating( I was in his room) so as he was eating I gave him some privacy and departed saying adios my frn 😂😂 A few moments later (like in memes) I went to his room to tell something but to my surprise he was flat/passed out in the floor with saliva all over his mouth I thought he died (Just kidding) as soon as I saw him laying on the floor I checked his pulse thank God he was breathing ( heavily) He was saved that day because of emergency attention and proper care thanks to warden and fellow hostel mates who reacted to the situation instantly. If I hadn't gone to his room that very moment who knows what might have been the outcome. My message here is don't eat cup noodles in excess. I won't recommend even in moderation because it has not health benefits but, instead damage our body organs and cause various types of disorders and guys specially avoid cup noodles when you are very hungry/stomach empty that's the time it shows its real instant affect to our body which can be seen by the real life example which I mentioned above.

Therefore, my family never buy such products...instead we buy local products like fruits and vegetables. My kids are slowly adjusting to the change and I am very glad. Everyone should go only for local organic products.
It happened to me too... Right after I eat cup noodles my feet and hand start swollen..so scary so I stop eating cup noodles
