    wow, wonderful! thank you. Would you kindly share what channels are associated with the other different directions that the sound is coming from?

      Typically if it's from the back it's tai yang and if it comes "from inside" it's jue yin.
      But this is a very shallow and simplified approach, we'd need to go deeper into different variables to get a good diagnosis, but it's not doable via comments we'd need a real class for that

    • @sergioferreiramtc
      @sergioferreiramtc  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Find a good acupuncturist, in most cases they can help reduce or even cure it

      @@sergioferreiramtc is there a council or license board so i can look for one as im based in England

    • @sergioferreiramtc
      @sergioferreiramtc  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't know how it works in England, each country has it's own laws and boards so unfortunately I can't help you.
      If you live near London I can give you a contact of a good acupuncturist I know who works there

    If someone has tinnitus for a certain period of time is it impossible for acupuncture to help? I had an acupuncturist say that to me. If it’s not true should I find another one?

    • @sergioferreiramtc
      @sergioferreiramtc  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Generally speaking it's not impossible
      Some cases of tinnitus do not respond to acupuncture.
      But in most cases acupuncture can help

    I like your presentations. There is so much to learn from you. Can I ask if you have a protocol for shoulder and neck pain? Can you make a video of that too please?

    • @sergioferreiramtc
      @sergioferreiramtc  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your kind words.
      Firstly I have a big problem with the idea of protocols, to be good at acupuncture you must be able to diagnose and work individually for each patient and not so much thinking of protocols for problem X, sometimes I can treat 2 patients with the same or very similar symptoms but use completely different treatments because of what I see in my diagnosis.
      Check out my video on hand numbness and you can see one of my approaches for cervical problems.
      Soon I will do a video on shoulder pain

    Olá Sérgio, gostei muito do seu video e das explicações. Queria perguntar-lhe como poderei contactá-lo. Também eu sofro de tinnitus, desde Novembro. já fui a 2 otorrinos e tomei medicações betaserc e ginko biloba e não encontro nenhuma solução. já li que não há cura, mas no minimo que conseguisse que o zumbido ficasse sempre constante e baixo volume. grato pela sua atenção a este meu texto

    • @sergioferreiramtc
      @sergioferreiramtc  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Teeth mark can be a sign of stress, of water retention and many other things, if it worries you you should go to an acupuncturist to get diagnosed, but if it's only the teeth marks and no symptoms it shouldn't be reason for worry!

    Ola Sergio me permita alguma perguntas: quando fala em balance method, se refere a teoria do Dr. Richard Tan? E por que neste caso não usou os pontos Y. Obrigado, adoro seus videos

    • @sergioferreiramtc
      @sergioferreiramtc  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sim é a teoria do Dr Tan
      Para zumbidos os pontos ynsa mais aconselhados segundo os profs com quem estudei são os que usei portanto normalmente uso este protocolo e não acrescento os Y
