I have a 67 real SS. It’s a 118 car also in Bolero Red with black interior. Mine is the 283 auto and all original. It was a two owner car and fun to drive.
A gem. These cars were an automotive industry work of art. Ahhh. Those summer time drives...1960s. Drive in movies. Roll skating rinks. The music. The culture.
its a shame in 1967 only six was made with 327 l79 eng 4 with m20 trans 2 with m21 trans the true 283 will only have 2barrel carbs 4bl 283 werent available in chevy2 in 1967
Mi papa tenia uno igual con caja automática aca en Argentina habia muy pocos todos los venian a ver. Los vendio y cuando lo intento volver a recuperarlo lo encontro todo desarmado se arrepintio siempre eran los 90
Too many fakes......clones,tribute,recreation,copy cat, counterfeit,bogus,phonie......yall get the point. Can't buy other advertisers "fakes" with my fake money can I? If I can't buy it with fake $ then don't advertise fakes. Once more, thanks for presenting this car for what it is, a real SS
Nothing wrong with the Powerglides that came in a lot of these cars. They are still sought after and used today as a racing transmission by many drivers, lighter weight, only shifts once and very durable. In my younger days I didn't mind going through the gears, I'm older now and the Powerglide is just fine for me. I still drive an original 118 vin # 67 Nova SS with the Powerglide. She's black with the black interior...my baby... I think you'd change your mind about "forget it" if you owned one.
@@grimaceize I have owned a 69 396/ 350 hp Nova SS, with auto, I beat the living shit out of it, I did in fact ended blowing motor, the trans took everything I could dish out, neutral slams, unbelievable break torks,, squak tires from shifting from low to drive, had 2 buds that each had the 375 hp novas, one auto, one 4 speed, mine was quick, but theirs whermonsters, the 4 speed was wicked
@@Lightningbug122 Sounds like you put it thru the paces! Have to love the Novas. The 66 came out when I was 16 and knew I had to have one someday. I've had three over the years, one 66 and two 67s with a few other muscle cars in there. Like you, I got on that 66 pretty good and tore up the trans, but that was back in the day when every red light could mean a race...
It’s nice but why would they paint the rubbers on the shock towers lol . It’s a 45k car easy. I don’t need it I just pick it to death and blow it apart and redo it lol 😂
If this car was all black I would be all over it I would be there would a certified check for this car red reminds me of a fire engine can't drive one why are you looking to get for this car price wise
