How is the Banshee not splitting? Was It you hourglass debuffed banshee? What artifact does that for rangers?
it's the restrict buff. you can get it with furious's exclusive equipment

@@NidgeDFX i e wouldn't recommend it though its not a 100% chance do it's very inconsistent

Bruh how many rage sets do you have? I finally got a decent set but under 300 crit dmg :C
Nah he use the same set but more crit dmg, - crit chance, sigret 12% dmg imprint
@@dongphuclocfplhn8766 nah i saw another video where he had less or maybe higher stats am not sure anymore since its been a while so i think he does have multiple sets
