Oakville Mattamy model home Part 3 | The Kingsley Model 38 Lot, Upper Joshua Creek

The Kingsley Is a 38 lot which is 2864 sq.ft of which 94 sq.ft comes from the finished basement. This model was previously called Snowberry and it is an absolute favorite. Several changes from the previous models and the one that got me excited is the extended deck at the back. I"m sure it's an uprade but it wasn't even available at the time of purchase. The 10 feet ceiling is now standard where you had to pay for it in the past.

Any word on when they will be ready for sale? Also that cemetery is definitely an issue. Can’t imagine seeing tombstones from my kitchen table.

Not sure about the release date but something tells me that it will be this Friday.

Very helpful. How much was this model going for in preserve west. Starting price?? How long ago was preserve west released?

Not 100% sure. I’m speculating from what Mattamy reps told me. It will be priced around the 1.4 to 1.5 million mark for the 38’s. These releases are not in east preserve. It will be behind the cemetery by Dundas and 9th line.
