Thank you all for your prayers. He was transferred from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility 2 days ago for rehab. He's making slow progress but his pain level has been off the charts. I love learning from alternative perspectives on the Holy Bible. I did want to say that I imagine Jesus Christ knew the robbers heart on the crucifix next to Him. I believe works count as seen in Matthew 25:31-46 (The Judgement of Nations/Separation of the goats and the sheep). As a Roman Catholic I believe tradition and the Bible provide a way to live a virtuous and fulfilling life. You’re doing God’s work and I pray He blesses you to keep running this wonderful ministry. ✝️✝️🕊️
Kanoe, I have a question about baptism. Do you have to be dunked in a tub or lake to be baptized? I was baptized as a baby but that is not the type of renewal baptism you were speaking about yesterday, right?
Because baptism is an outward expression of an inward faith, it is my understanding that baptism should be done after one come’s into the faith at an age where they are willfully doing this by choice. ❤️
I was baptized in Catholic Church as an infant. I was a practicing Catholic for many years and received all of the sacraments except matrimony. However, just didn’t feel connected. Long story short, I found a church where I felt connected and it felt like home. More importantly, I have a relationship with our Lord and Savior. I made a public declaration and was water baptized. The best decision I’ve ever made.
