Guys..It is not a trustworthy brand.I am from Kochi,Kerala.I bought EMX Emotorad 2 years ago(2-1-2022) and just after one and half year the battery was dead. I gave to the shop from where I purchased.After 3 months they have replaced me the battery as well as the electronic control unit as they admit it was also faulty..Again after three months,the replaced battery got complaint and it was dead..Again I gave to the same shop..they verified that it is dead and told me they will inform me after contacting the company..For two months there was no response..and after two months when I contacted them,they are saying that the company (Emotorad) is saying they cannot replace free of cost..So what is the guarantee of the new battery they replaced..I have spent my hard earned money of Rs.60000 and now no use…Now they are telling me to buy battery spending Rs.15000/-.I can buy another gear cycle for that price….Guys please don’t buy this electric cycle..Better buy some other trust worthy brands....I am going to complaint to consumer court also..If anyone wants more details I can give all proofs.

I asked this question to the technician, he said it is not recommended to use the bicycle in rain for longer duration but can be used in miled rain. In case we ride in heavy rain we have to coverup the battery thoroughly and ignition key area too. Although cycle is strong built, attractive, good performance. We are happy with the buy.
