I love your coasters! Your video helped me with ideas regarding sealing paper and how coasters can look unique and sophisticated. Please keep the videos coming 😊
I think I’m going to try these out!!!! That glitter 😍 those are sooooooo beautiful!!!! And I know that anticipation of unmolding! That’s like unwrapping a gift! Lol
Just got me the Pixiss mixer because it's rechargeable. If i had seen this a week ago I wouldn't have ordered that one. Oh well 😅 Sealing the paper worked. I only have enough scrapbook paper to supply a small store. 😅
The last one I ordered was battery operated with a stand, but stands upside down. Would like one like yours! I did a napkin and I did what you did, wait till tacky, then put napkin in. Worked Great, no bubbles!
Those turned out great! Every time I watch one of your videos I find a new glitter that I need to get! I have started a list and can’t wait to get some ordered! Thank you for the video.
These are soooo pretty Michelle! I have been searching EVERYWHERE for a 4 inch punch.. no where to be found.. do that was a special gift Karen got you for certain. I think before you mentioned she got it from Walmart … I keep looking online but the largest one I see is 3.5 inch..
These coasters are amazing. I have Christmas cards that we received and they are so beautiful. Do you have a video on doing Christmas cards or any sort of cards? If not, can you do a video on doing this one. Thank you. ❤❤❤❤
Those turned out so beautiful! 🥰I was wondering what you need to do if you use those kinds of paper. Thanks Michelle for sharing. Have a great weekend!
Love the roses! But I wanted to comment something I saw recently as I'm learning resin at the age of 60. I'm doing it to side track myself from pain. Anyway I heard if you add a dot of elmers clear glue to your resin it becomes thicker and and keeps glitter from sinking. I wish I had tried that because I just did a resin trinket tray and the glitter went to the middle of my tray. I never sealed my card like paper and it seems ok
I know it wouldn't matter on this project but, on a project where there is fine detail, if you're using the little 1 oz cups, if you pour from the handle instead of the spout, you will get a more controlled pour! (Claire from Claire's Crafty Corner did a video before Christmas demonstrating how well this works.) 💞
These are so pretty! I looked all over for the 4” hole punch with no luck 😢. But I had found a cutting tool that is adjustable. Thank you for sharing!! ❣️ p. s. I don’t suppose the punch has a brand on it. Thanks. 😊
Isn't the stand on the resin mixer supposed to be used so you can just walk away while it mixes for you? I've seen others do that. Beautiful coasters ❤ Have a blessed day today 🙏 ❤
Found it on Amazon but only a 3.5 inch largest I could find. They have various sizes though. Cool Valentine’s Day coasters. ❤❤❤ how they came out. Where did you get the jars for glitter?
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 thanks I saw your updated one about the whole punch that was sold out but I need someone to make me a large silicone roller skating mold someone please let me know if you can make it or a link who may have it to buy if you can make it ill pay you thanks
Hmmm I'm not sure, I never had a problem yet. My house is about 72-73 degrees right now if that helps. How deep is your resin? Make sure the drill bit is completely covered and don't let it come up out of the top at all.
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 Thanks. I was wondering if they have a resin for hot beverages and or food grade. It’s nice to know there is a 1:1 resin that is like that.
@@jamesbarlowjr.3762 The one I used is good for coffee and tea and things like that but it is not food grade, I have to use a different brand for food grade.
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 Ohh ok. Thanks for the info. I appreciate you. Can you tell me which one you have for food grade. I’m new to all this and don’t want use the wrong thing! Thanks Again!
Oh and I sprayed my napkins with spray adhesive and it works for me!❤️
Awesome to know! Thank you!!
Utterly beautiful coasters, obviously done before the glue trick was discovered. I l❤ve them!!!
Daniel Cooper did a video where he added a drop of clear Elmer's glue and it stopped the glitter from sinking in the resin. It works like a charm!
Yes he's awesome! I've done it in a couple videos already and it works great!
Showed these to my son and he also loves them. He loves roses almost as much as I do. Love from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦
Cool!!

So pretty…I’m pulling my napkins back out too! Peeped at that mixer…sold out but will keep my eye on it…thanks for sharing💯❤️
Sold out!? Wow , definitely check back!
Soooo excited about the modge podge spray sealer!! Game changer! Wish there was a way to spray the napkins! Maybe I will try it!
Spray might work 🤷♀️ I haven’t tried that.
That paper looks amazing in those coasters ❤
Beautiful project. I am in the middle of a puzzle exact same picture with the roses 😮.

Gorgeous coasters !! I love ❤️ everything about them. Can’t wait for
the next set to be done. Thank you Michelle
Working on them today!
Very pretty!😊
Hey Michelle- If you want to make your molds shiny again, Julie Cutts, has a tutorial (#1284) on how to do that.
Yes I’ve seen that but adding silicone to such a shallow mold would take a lot of depth away. These are cheap enough to replace.
The last one I ordered was battery operated with a stand, but stands upside down. Would like one like yours! I did a napkin and I did what you did, wait till tacky, then put napkin in. Worked Great, no bubbles!
Awesome!! I love using napkins to!
The mixer is currently out of stock… but I’ll keep rechecking. 😉

They are beautiful❤ Did you consider doing a red & gold xtra fine glitter for the top? I do like the silver though.
No but that sounds pretty too!

Sure! I can do one! But I think I would do it exactly the same as the paper, as this paper was pretty good quality and thick.

It says "punch bunch" on it, but thats all it says!
It is SlimLock by Punch Bunch. They are sold out everywhere. I did go to the web site and on a waiting list.
Oh wow! She emailed back and said Amazon a few years ago.
That does not bode wel

Never thought of that, but then how would the sides get scraped?
@glitznglitterbymichelle1 I think they just scraped them afterwards. I know what's the point 😆 🤣 I mix the old fashioned way... with a stick!

Jars are on Temu
@@glitznglitterbymichelle1 Thanks. 🥰

Unfortunately I can’t do that without a blank to mold. The blank needs to be glass or ceramic with a shiny flat surface on one side for me to do that.
Could you please ask Karen where she bought the hole punch??😊
She said Amazon several years ago
Is that an Istoyo heaitng mat? Nope, not too much glitter on the topcoat - they look fantastic!
She has both an Istoyo and Let's Resin heating mats.
I use one from Istoyo (comes with cover) and one from let’s resin (no cover) they both work great.
I got hundreds of bubbles when I used my Istoyo mixer in Let’s Resin fast cure. Could be the room temp or the temperature of the resin.
Hmmm I'm not sure, I never had a problem yet. My house is about 72-73 degrees right now if that helps. How deep is your resin? Make sure the drill bit is completely covered and don't let it come up out of the top at all.

Sure! Here’s the link to the one I use amzn.to/3tN87be
can i ask can you use modge podge without it being the spray they are lovely by the way xx
You can it will probably curl the paper though and be a little harder to manage.
Thank you after I asked you I found I had a spray sealant so I can use that but thanks so much for replying xx
The link for mixer isn't the black mixer shown or am I mistaken? Do you like the black mixer better?
That was an older video, I don't think I had the stand mixer yet on that one. I love the stand mixer better.
What did you spray on the paper?
Clear spray sealer, should be linked in the description box.
When I need a circle it gets cut with my Cricut.
beautiful!
