This was great information, particularly how much fun you made it sound. To add to your journeys, we have been to the Canary Isles, Mallorca and Tunisia without flying. All hugely rewarding journeys. One thing also to stress is all the interesting people you meet along the way.
I’m absolutely loving these videos your doing! I don’t actually like flying anymore with how anxious I get! Your train travel videos are really going to help me getting back to places again! I can’t wait until you do more 😁
I went to Slovakia by train a few years ago. We took the Eurostar to Brussels, then ICE to Munich (can't remember whether that was one or two trains); stayed a night in Munich, then took the train to Bratislava. We spent a few nights in the beautiful Mala Fatra before going on to Kosice. We came back via Vienna, where we got the sleeper train to Prague, spent a few days in Czechia before getting fast trains back to Brussels, and then Eurostar back home.
Such charming videos, thank you Sarah, you are an inspiration! Do you know about the new night train from Amsterdam to Prague running by GreenCityTrip company? It's starting in April and I already have a ticket =)
Don't forget that a four day in one month inter rail ticket is only around £225... yes you have to reserve some trains and add the small eurostar supplement but still a bargain.. first class around £275
Great video and very inspiring. But do you need to put that irritating background “music” in the background? What happened to the Route to Greece via Venice and Slovenia? I have been as far as Slovenia on that train, but I have a feeling that it no longer runs.

Thank you for this video! I hope more and more people see it and, like myself, consider the alternatives you’ve given to flying!!
Thanks Amelia! And yes I very much hope so too :)
Nice job, very informative and easy to listen too, thanks
Great stuff Sarah, thanks! It's amazing how many train based options there are and you make it so clear how simple it is.
Thanks Steve 🧡
Amazing I adored the trip to Seville and I really want to go to Italy so I think this is my route!
Great video, very helpful for a fellow train traveler 🙂👌🏻
Great video! Thank you for sharing this info, it’s super helpful!

Ah thank you so much for the support. I'm so glad they've been useful. You won't have to wait long before my next one. Working on it now xx

There is now a direct train from Euston to Holyhead at 09:10 on weekdays
Ah that’s so good! Thanks for the update
@@sarahb.m.5730 Until I saw your Dublin video I hadn't realised that route was an easy option, I will be trying it out in June.
@@MossdaleNGaugeRailway glad to hear it 😊
Historically there has been a direct link between Dublin and London... glad it has been reintroduced!

I just discovered your videos and I love it.
