Shepherd, as far as I can tell, has still given no indication that 141 has outlived their usefulness at this point in the game, nor has 141 come across any real evidence that Shepherd is a bad guy, yet. Why would he even send them to retrieve Prisoner 627 in the first place if he didn't want to use 627 to draw out Makarov? If they all die in the bombardment, that plan dies too. On top of that, even before 141 landed at the Gulag, the Navy made it very clear that they didn't have a lot of regard for modesty or safety during this attack. But then again, and I just thought of this too, why tf did the Navy resume their bombardment before the extraction was complete and 141 were still in there? And why didn't 141 ask SOMEONE that same question after they got back to base? Maybe this was the point at which they started to suspect Shepherd, but couldn't do anything about it just yet.

I managed to complete all of modern warfare (2019) on realism without dying. I wanted a continuous play through but I did get hit. It’s a good idea I may look into it in the future

First off this is a great game. I actually own a M1A EBR and I'll tell you now that the trying to fire that 16 pound beast from the shoulder is really, really difficult. It cracks me up how effortless it looks here and how there is basically no kick lol. But I get it, its just a video game designed for fun not realism. In this particular scene they added a whole tree and the exterior lightning from outside and changed Henry's clothes to be more realistic, added blood more facial animation and probably even more. Think of it like this: You buy an house that you like but it is a little old and is in need of some repair and/or renovation, or maybe it isnt in your style, or you want to add something to it like an extension. You can choose to paint over some walls if they are faded and be done with it. ( like a remake ) Or take some walls down and rebuild it to your liking with an extension or a new kitchen if you want. ( like a remastered ), BUT the foundation and most of the construction of the original house ( mo-cap ) has to stay intact, or the house will collapse. Thats what they did here. They kept the motion capture acting, but changed and improved the set and characters with newer, up to date graphics and lightning They will without to do that with a remake. That was only re-painting the walls with the same color. Now they renovated the whole building They rebuilt the games on a whole engine change or new engine which makes they chose to re-build most of the game in this way cuz of the new capabilities from the NEW ENGINE
F-15 pilots would not be idiots to fly so close to the helis. Also if they were planning to take out the radars they would've done it well ahead of the helis arrival. Also the brevity code for firing air to surface HARMs against enemy radar is Magnum not Fox 3. Cannot believe they kept this crap even in the remaster. Still a great game though.....
I see a lot of people here arguing about realism, or the lack of it. The fact is, developers absolutely _have_ to strike a balance between reality and playability. I guarantee if they made FPS games 100% authentic - or probably even 50% authentic - then they wouldn't be fun at all.

This is the main thing I don't like about CoD games. The guns are pinpoint laser-guided accurate with hardly any recoil, and the combat is balanced around that. Neither you nor the enemies ever do any suppressive fire or wild running and gunning, just point-and-click headshot the other side before they do the same to you.
