In a generator, kVA (kilovolt-amperes) is a measure of apparent power and is a key specification that represents the capacity of the generator to supply electrical power. While you can't directly change or replace the kVA rating of an existing generator,
Good job for all you have done so far. Have really learnt a lot fron you. Can this method be applied to an old generator of 2.kva making noise without changing the connecting rod to new one. I mean can i short the connecting rod of the old generator making noise to make it more quiet when working.
Good afternoon sir, please sir what can be the cause of gen consuming too much oil fast? I will really appreciate your reply sir and pls ur location sir
@@bencoinstitute you've come across the TH-cam keyboard expert who thinks they know better than the person who does the job for a living, because they read some books on how to solve the problem the most expensive way possible, you can always find them lurking around tutorial videos.
I like your passion But please forgive my observations There should be oil between the rod and shaft when assembling them together And the fact that there's no actual way to measure the play between those parts makes it scary to attempt. The connecting rod should move freely, I don't buy your method. There's a thin film of oil between them that's suppose to prevent them touching themselves. You have removed that space and this will cause higher metal to metal contact, hence, heat and metal shavings Though, I understand you're try to make up for the wearing of the crankshaft since the connecting rod is new. I feel in trying to fix a problem, you're creating a new one. Try and upload a video of both instances to support your theory, this could work if done properly Thanks
@@ambrosesamuel3010 Honestly I've never really tried to, I'll always recommend preventive maintenance on such engines because they don't have replaceable bearing on the connecting rod's; no oil gallery on the journals and no oil pump, but the joint is completely submerged in the oil every time the piston is at BDC and it has an oil thrower to lube other parts of the engine. So replacing the piston and connecting rod should also mean replacing the crankshaft, and that's expensive. .I'm not completely against this method demonstrated in this video, I just know that there's about 2 thou for oil to be able to go through a very tiny space between them. So you could try this method and like he said, don't sand it too much.
I understand your point. When I’m about to couple the generator I will definitely put oil between the crankshaft and connecting rod. Hardly been I video and I post the the way I was coupling it, you will see I put oil. Thanks for contribution.
Jay where are you from? You are very ingenuitive.
Good work 🎉
Thanks
Great work bro... I've been learning a lot from watching your videos... Please keep up the great work
Thanks 😊
Thank u for the vedio

You are welcome 😀
Good work
👍🏾
❤❤❤❤
❤️❤️
Very very good
Thanks
Nice video bro
Thanks brother 😊
Nice bro
Can kva be changed or replaced in generator or it is something fixed permanently in the generator by the manufacturer

Yes it will work for it. Even 1.8kva.

If there is leakage of oil... Engine oil will get dry easily.. when the rings is bad.. it could cause quick dry up of oil.
The voltage on my firman spg3800e2 voltage is low even after changing the avr what could be the course?
Call for a coil repairer they will help u to convert it to use daot, most of the avr in Nigeria are fake
Why its that if you rings generator is still short oil please what is cause
Bad engine block or inferior parts
Please if a generator is suckling what could be the problem
Service the carburetor
Please bro I have a problem how can I ring the journey without shutting off oil hot smoking
I didn’t get your question. Rephrase your question
Is this life long?
Yes 👍🏾
Thanks dear
Cool, a youtube channel to add to the never watch again list.
Y?

Pls sir what do you think can be done to make the connecting rod and the gen not make noise because I need to know from you too...

And some time when it's working normally it would change sound then the current will drop Then came back to normal
Check maybe if there is something you put on that makes the sound and current to drop.
Reduce to where😂
My question is why did generator current drop suddenly
When you put on heavy home appliance the current drop
