That’s actually a photoshop of a PRR articulated. In reality I doubt that its boiler could produce enough steam to get it running very well. Not only that, it would be much too heavy even for PRR tracks. Serious articulation would be needed just to get that thing through even a mild curve. I can’t imagine that it would be able to go very fast at all too.
We know but there was actual plans to build a Quinta Plex back during the 1910's even if articulation was added to it the idea was scrapped due to the lack of materials of actually being able to build such huge locomotive which the only way it could have worked if it had five sets of one driving wheel and some articulation
