Doubt it, pretty sure the bug still activates when you use SGP with RP which also auto activates revolving cannon

You can either try separating Rocket Punch and Overdrive from Bullet Blast, AIS, and Gatling or you can turn off AIS by pressing it the second time before stacks run out.

Universal but more frequent in GMS as it is a ping dependent trigger.
