Do you dive in to the meaning of care in any of your videos? I'd love to know exactly what it entails. Is it merely the directing of attention or action toward external/worldly matters? If so, does this say anything about the significance of engaging the senses rather than engaging the mind?
My interest in all this stems from my recent discovery of the default-mode network, a system of interacting brain regions. It's active whenever someone is engaged in inward mental activity/introspection. Interestingly, it's also associated, when overactive for sustained periods, with negative habitual behaviors such as addictions/OCD disorders/eating disorders but also depression and anxiety. I think the idea is that it filters novel perceptual information as a way to save brain energy, but over time we only admit the same data and therefore have the same responses over and over (thus, habits). Definitely an oversimplification... the point is, the only way to combat an overactive DMN and these disorders is essentially to stop the inward/mental processing phase and switch to the sensory perception phase. To take inward focus and direct it outward to the sensory landscape (seems to describe the switch from "I think therefore I am" to "I am therefore I think"). Is this what "care" is about?

You could only know the truth of your nature if you knew what it ment to be human nature and to know your human you would have to see your self image but that can only be the feeling of the experience of your truth real feelings that self explain the truth . Authority to speak the truth one would have to claim there freewill witch is only done when self awareness has worked out how to claim the truth for authority to speak freewill its a vibration of feelings threw the nature that is the 6 sense not 5 senses . Its not easy to know ur self and be granted freewill use of our feelings tbat speak for there sellf . I would not be able to write this unless i had discovered the truth that alloud me to explain it this way . But im 51 ive had the answers to the truth meaning and purpose of human natures instincts . For 6 years no one has believed me my partner has left my kids dont love me and i think we are far from human and cruel emotional abusers . But no body can explain human nature nor explain the way freewill works so we can speak our truth and the true spoken word has no equal its the truth but one who dose not have it cant except it or can they faith in another mans truth no doubts fears or questions. Not in 6 yrs not even my best mates or priest . So i lost all hope love and spirit when the truth is known you wont be happy cause its to sad .
