My books are available through Amazon, but it is NOT where I advertise and I don't push Kindle (use D2D instead.)
Why did I drop Amazon ads?
I wrote a book with "Bible" in the title. In 2014 for 3 weeks it was a Kindle top 10. It sold Ok for me whenever I advertised it ---- Suddenly Amazon would no longer advertise because their algorithm determined its title was too offensive.

Since then, I've aggressively learned non Amazon advertising. Thank you for this show!!!!!! (I like exclamation points when warranted - like when you bring us more quality content.)
