Dam Cams! A dual camera wildlife compilation

- At opposite ends of a breached beaver dam spanning nearly 80 yards, thus the lower water level and more exposed dam structure, two cameras captured the wonderfully entertaining activity over the summer months of 2020. Beginning with a red tail hawk and ending with a short tail weasel, this location was visited by more variety of wildlife than any other location.
Land mammals, migratory and resident birds, and semi-aquatic mammals all utilize these wonderful habitats created by beavers. Also included in this compilation are lynx, wolves, grizzly and black bears, coyotes, porcupines, a mule deer, silver fox, and an owl. Other species captured here but not included in this time frame are otters, mink, muskrat, and several bird species.
Notice the exposed beaver lodge on the right side of some of the clips in which the entrances are visible that would normally be underwater. I've targeted that lodge in the past as well, until the area was flooded and filled with mud in 2021.
Sooooo much better to watch then this crazy evil world. Blessings
So much better (healthier) than a zoo or wildlife park.
For me and the animals.
Thank you.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful wildlife trail camera footage with us. It is a special treat to see the various species that do not live in my area (California).
A great variety of interesting wild creatures!
Beaver: “I’m gonna dam this thing up yet.” Great video, I like seeing all the wanderings of animals and birds.
Merci ! Quel bonheur de vour ces images!
On dirait que le lynx a fait un petit marquage sur la caméra !
Great variety of animals, as usual. Thank you for sharing. 👍🏼
Love these videos. Thank you!!
It's amazing how all the different animals use this beaver dam. Very interesting, except the up-close-shot of the bobcat rearend! At least the cam hadn't auto focused on it! Thank you for posting these amazing trail cam videos!
It tried spraying the post my camera was on, luckily missed the camera.
I love seeing the brown bear lumbering along, hearing the birds' voices and noticing the wolf who looked straight into the camera.
Fantastic captures of the diversity of Yukon wildlife. Thanks for sharing enjoyed 👍

Hum, I wonder if that Dam Beaver has ever wondered how much Dam revenue he could be collecting from a Dam Toll?
😂
