    1. *Preparation of Lamb Leg:*
    Clean the lamb leg thoroughly.
    Make small incisions in the lamb leg and insert garlic cloves into these slits to infuse flavor.
    In a small bowl, mix tomato paste with olive oil to create a marinade.
    Rub the entire lamb leg with the olive oil and tomato paste mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
    Season the lamb leg with rosemary, salt, pepper, and any other preferred spices for additional flavor.
    2. *Cooking in the Tandoor:*
    Preheat the tandoor to a high temperature.
    Place the lamb leg inside the tandoor, either on a rack or hanging it from hooks if your tandoor has this feature.
    Cook the lamb leg for about 2 to 3 hours, turning it occasionally to ensure even cooking. The internal temperature should reach around 70°C (160°F) for medium doneness.
