- In this video I review and load test the AllPowers R1500 portable solar power station. The AllPowers R1500 provides a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to portable power. In this video I load test multiple items to show its capability. This definitely is an affordable power station and a great one to begin your solar journey.

Wasn't very familiar with this product, but you did a great job pointing out the perks of what it's capable of. That's a nice unit for the pricing. Enjoyed the watch as usual. Keep it up!!
@@MatthewYBarbo thanks for the feedback!
Nice
Thanks for the review on this unit Brian..I was wondering if it was a cheap knockoff or legit product..like you said a good entry point to having a solar generator.
👍👍
Looks like a rebranded anker
Im looking for a power station to take with camping. Will this power cooking devices? Like electric skillets or other things? Also when not in use and in storage how do you store the battery? Full charge some charge no charge?
@@williamkamphaus3392 yes it should be able to power electric skillets as long as the watts on those don’t go over the rated watts of the R1500 which is 1,800 watts. I would store it with the battery between 50-80%.
I own both of the r600 and the r1500 they both work good for a time but after about 2 months of usage they completely either die or they stopped functioning the way they're supposed to neither of them will connect to the app any longer even with it showing that it has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi available the r600 will drain even when it's plugged into the wall while powering something unfortunately very disappointing solar generators
@@jt3000o wow, that hasn’t been my experience thus far. But I’ve only owned it for 2 months. So I’ll keep an eye on that. Have you reached out to them? I haven’t used their customer service yet so I would love to hear your experience.
