I still have doubts. I think this might’ve been a body double. The walk, the low toned laugh. The lower toned voice in general. Towards the end of his life he was wearing curly wigs more.

Still watching in 2021 and it still breaks my heart.
I still have doubts. I think this might’ve been a body double. The walk, the low toned laugh. The lower toned voice in general. Towards the end of his life he was wearing curly wigs more.
He was drunk here and drugged, that's why his behaviour is like that. Also, he was using his real voice. He was just in a terrible condition and stressed asf.

And all those Moonwalkers thought Michael Jackson was mentally and physically capable of doing 50 shows. Looking at how emaciated he is back then I knew it couldn't be done. When Jackson fans see this version of Michael Jackson, they think of Jackson at the height of his performance abilities and project that image on the man at the podium. Two different men.
I wish he was able to hold these shows. I know he was unhealthy, but would’ve been great to witness them. RIP MJ, forever the King of Pop.

If he wouldn't have died that night I would've still hoped that he would retire for as long as he needs. And maybe that would've been forever. Because I care about health way more then him needing to perform bc people expect that from him. Yes I loved his performances but I wouldn't ever want to contradict to such harming things that ended up with him dying.
