My Granny used to make similarly beautiful flowers with stockings she dyed in a variety of colours and bendable copper wires, Christmas hats made from cardboard shoe boxes, glue and decorated with wrapping paper, tinsel of every colour, sold them at Christmas, they were a joy to help create and our entire neighbourhood looked forward to them, she created such beauty out of simple things on our little Island!🥳💚💫
