Meta doesn't have enough data for the broad targeting at first, start with a small budget and create a few adsets with one interest per each. Run them for one or two weeks. This will bring two benefits - firstly you will see which interests work and which don't, secondly, Meta will collect enough data so the broad targeting will be way more efficient

After two month stop the interests and keep it broad. Add new campaigns, test new offers. When you start it will be slow, but do not give up. I was wanting to take matters into my own hands and would like to know what your thoughts are for what a salesperson can do to get target and get his own leads on top of what the company provides. if you can show your client some form of ROI, they will invest more into their adpend. So calculate your. ROAS (return on ad spend) so for example it might be 7x meaning for every 1 dollar on ads your client spends you get 7 back. Showing that statistic to a client will start to make the money wheels turn in their head say something along the lines of for every 1000 dollars you spend we make 7000

Why would you stack interests in an ad set and then add it to the “winners” ad set If it performs good? You don’t know which of those three interests brought you the best and most leads. Why not test the interests in different ad sets?
If it's CTR oubound it could mean a few things the creative misses the mart, or the CTA is not very good. If it's CTR all it means the hook is not very good.

Getting leads is easy but setting up appointments & qualifying process is hard
Go for the survey forms and qualify the lead using the survey itself. Once they've submitted the survey set an automation to send a confirmation email/SMS. This way your leads quality will increase. You can also redirect them to a booking calendar after submit the survey. In this way, you'll have them booked right while they signup.

It would be the same core process of find a great list provider first, storeleads is one that comes to the top of my mind. Then creating the LAA from there. I also suggest starting out with the same three creatives and then testing 10 targeting 10 different interests, another great tool you can do is excluding certain interests.

You need to duplicate the performing adset. You don't move the ad.
