How are refugees selected for resettlement?

The resettlement scheme is a method to find a durable solution for refugees. However, this is only available to a limited number of the refugees. The selection of these refugees is based on a set of vulnerability criteria. What is emphasized in this selection process - and is the system fair?

I don't know why people should be in such high rank positions while they can't even read their speech from paper. That's is why we refugees suffer and they enjoy the luxuries earned on our names, not by the talent but just for mare reason that they must be coming from a certain country or region 😢 oh God protect us! We have lost hope but to You😢
