Who pays for transportation fees from the factory or origin warehouse to the country you want to sell the product in ? Is it the manufacturer or the importer? And in general what transportation company would you advise ?

If the product falls under medical device and a certain risk class, compliance might be mandatory. I'm unsure about this, so importing without knowing could have consequences. Not sure what to do about the situation, because i really want to sell the Red-Light-Therapy mask. Any tips?

Any product like this must get 3rd party testing approval from labs like Intertek, SGS etc which provide official certification that it's safe. When working with any factory like this definitely ask for their certification before proceeding to next stage and you can also send the samples to these labs for your own testing too, hope that helps
