Running these on my chevy 2500. 2200 miles on them today. Took a few days to settle in .. They've gotten a little quieter, and the ride is pretty good. Did take a good amount of lead to balance out. Ive Had them for 3 weeks. 295/65 r20
I too had duratrax before and had the same problem with performance on the rain. I'm now on my second set of Falken AT3's and was looking into the RT for 3rd set. Great review and feedback! Thank you!
Look great! I just ordered 33×12.5 for my 2020 Rebel. I didn't want to go too large and not fit in my garage. The Rebel has a factory lift, and I leveled it . I look forward to getting them..
Can't believe how much weight those took. I have Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT and three of the four wheels didn't need any weight at all and the 4th only needed 1
This video has me contemplating buying this falken wildpeak r/t over their AT4W mosel tire. Feel that these R/T model tires would do better on my 2024 colorado zr2 when i go driving it on kogging roads in our northeastern tennessee/ western nc and sourhwestern Virginia mountains.
if i was you i would try putting the yellow dot opposite of the valve stem and see if it balances up better before you get to many miles on them, it might pay for the tire shop to spin up a rim only on the balance machine just to see where they are heavy or light. by what your camera mic was picking up there is a definite mud tire hum . it might be made worse if the balance is off.
that's what we call...Indexing the tire....especially when the weights are more than 5 oz. Also most older balancers only balance to 55mph unless you go to a speed shop... If a tire has a yellow and red dot, the red dot takes precedence when balancing the tire.
Great review! I have a 2019 ram 1500 Laramie w/ 22 rim. Was thinking of switching from my current Toyo at3 tires. Love at3 but these would save me $600 in my current size 285/55r22.
Respectable result for road pressures in river clay. A tech worth their weight would have live balanced those wheel. Dismount & rotate 180* rather than putting that much weight on.
Maybe you have said it in a video but I didnt hear it. Im trying to figure out what your suspension setup is. You have said a few times "a small lift" I appreciate the feedback!
So the reason you didn’t go up this hill was because you didn’t want to get your truck dirty? Because it seems like you could’ve made it, if you just gave it some gas.
Looks like a fairly aggressive tire with some road noise. That’s quite a few weights on the rim. What’s the expected mileage from the factory ? Gives the truck a nice aggressive look. Did you ever get those 5” tips put on ?
Several thousand miles on these now and the update video just got posted 🙂

Son, have you forgotten, you gotta "Waller it!" when you get in the mud!

Well done great review. Thank you
Dude the river test was awesome 🤣
Instead of low range you should be in 4 high to get wheel spin so the tires can eject the mud and attack with empty lugs.

Every wheel and tire is different
I’ve got the same tires in 33x12.5 and wheels have 2 1/4 oz weights
They awesome thanks for the review
Great video, brother. Appreciate the helpful info! 🙏🏽✊🏽

Totally agree with rim protection point.

Hold the traction control button for 5 seconds and it’ll turn off the ESC. Then you have true 4wd..

Sure looks like my neck of the woods. You have to be in kentucky or Tennessee
35s look perfect on this truck
Nice, but Micky Thompson Baja Boss A/T are much quieter!

How loud would you say these are compared to Yokohama G003 MT’s?
Are these the Falken equivalent to the Ridge Grappler?
Why are you in 4 low in mud. You need 4 high to get the mud to clear the tires
what if you locked your rear differential? i would have thought it would have helped.
Man that is way too much road noise for an AT. Thanks for the review. I’ll pass on them.
They’re actually RT, a hybrid between AT and MT.
My kenda klever rts never made that much noise.
Any update on the transfer case issue? Curious if you ever had further problems?

What exhaust system do you have on your truck?
this tyre vs duratrac, which one is better in your opinion?
They pretty good for fuel mileage?
Quite a bit of noise
Need bigger tires...more meat more traction
