Would you still add vitamin e if your oil of choice was argan oil?
You d use vitamin e if you use any oil because vitamin e helps as an antioxidant for oils
What happens if you just use regular oil in the shower ?
Water and oil don't mix so the oil coats the shower floor and makes it very slippery, even dangerous. You want to make the oil mix with water so the extra will rinse down the drain.
