Heard dog walking being described as a 'sniffari'. Letting my old old dog spend his time leisurely sniffing those lamp posts these days.

Why didn't she mention the other animals that like humans: dolphins, octopi, etc.

Her work is fascinating, the interviewer is irritating, I wish he'd just let her speak. If she makes a ted talk or documentary about her work, i'll watch it. Him? not so much.

I was being factious, of course. Nevertheless, dolphins and octopi do like to communicate with humans.

All I hear her prattling on about is her views about this or that and looking around to appear learned. In plain language, she is what is called an 'educated fool' , as folks in east Tennessee refer to college degreed people with not much common sense. Just what is she talking about ? She and the host are stammering and digressing to appear smart, which they may be, but the presentation is a bore and conveys no value to an audience interested in dogs.

She's one of the best scientists and educators working in the field of canine behaviour. Listen to what she says or read her book. You might learn something.

Her views are accepted and respected by experts in the field, yours not so much.

@@linh811 So she is accepted and respected by some other folks.... so what? Can she train a dog effectively ? Where is a video of her doing dog training?

@@DougHinVA Where in the title or description does it say she's a dog trainer? Or even that she is talking about dog training?
Where I live we call people who can't read or understand or accept other people thoughts "fools" and if they are hung up about edecuated people talking then "uneducated fools".
Common sense would suggest that if you're looking for videos about dog training you watch videos whose title or description describes a video on dog training.
