The defination of "Sushi" that you gave is probably correct to context....but in reality a top sushi master can almost built up "any flavour in the world" using just the basic sushi ingredients. For that you need to take an appointment with a sushi master in japan ( that normaly has a waiting list of about a year)..The sushi master will prepare you each bite for you one by one....and will typically cost you a fortune..

For authentic Japanese Food, you should cover "Fuji" on Southern Avenue and "Aajisai" in Quest Mall.... This one is more like Japanese Food customised for Indian taste-buds..

A Japanese theme is incomplete without geisha! BTW, sushi rhymes nicely with pussy (I mean "cat"). Sushi consists of fish and cats love fish.
This proves that there is a deep cosmic connection among sushi, pussy, Japan, geisha and even the plastic cherry blossoms that are part of the decor....
