    last time I hung in a bar with fellow salespeoples 1500 for a fixed mortgage.. 15k or up to 30k for a variable loan and it gives a spiff when it resets.. In silicone valley last down turn they made 400k plus some a million, then poof no work at all.. And the clients came to them.. some went back to home sales but it was a lot more work.. quite a few saved nothing.. A lot of competition in home sales..
