Man that song is going to be stuck in my head all day now ❤ also another great ensemble cast post-college movie Singles . . . and a better soundtrack 🎸
Great show guys. Just a couple of things......Simple Minds sang Don't You Forget About Me, not Tears for Fears, lol 😂and don't forget Judd Nelson was the voice of Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime in the critically acclaimed Transformers animated movie from '86 🤣. Looking forward to next weeks Cast! Keep up the good work!💯
Thank you! Came here to say this. I think they got it mixed up, because TFF did another 1985 anthem that gets used in a lot of 80’s movies video edits and was used in another great teen movie of the same year: Real Genius, but I was surprised Max & Mo missed that.
Another entertaining show dudes! You did seem more rusty and maybe kinda more rushed than usual on the core details and trivia this time round: Someone already mentioned some in the comments, but others are that •St.Elmo’s Fire was released in 1985, not 1986! That’s another big link with The Breakfast Club from early that same year. • Timothy Hutton, the actor was the one interviewed on his farm, not David Blum, the journalist. • You didn’t mentioned Demi Moore was in the movie No Small Affair also starring John Cryer (Brat Pack Adjacent) who was also interviewed in Brats. You also skimmed on all the movies others had done together. And even though you mentioned who was up the roles of a couple of female parts in SEF, you didn’t mentioned this for the male characters… And finally, yes the Man In Motion & The Love Theme are the two lead songs of the film, but One Love and rocking instrumentaion deserves plenty of recognition as well. th-cam.com/video/OqnKClo_Dd0/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared
A lot of people hate this movie, I think it's one of the weaker brat pack movies, but I still enjoy it. You just have to accept that these are spoiled brats and all the characters are a$$holes.
Biggest flaw in the movie is it has too many storylines and most of them don't get much of an ending. I think all the characters in this movie are pricks but these are mostly rich kids that went to Georgetown and most of them in real life really do act like these characters. I would still give the movie like a 6 or 7/10
This is a wonderful film about some really flawed people. And that’s okay:) and That John Parr song rocks:)
