A Lord of Angels would be able to visit earth, and return and accept the title. He can’t accept the title because he’s in love with Lin. Remember the first episode? The current Lord of Angels said he was tired, and wanted to retire. I bet he has challenged multiple angels in the past to go to earth and return as a Lord of Angels, but they have all failed. He can’t retire because of it. Somchai is another angel that failed. Poor guy just wants to retire lol

Don't hate me pls for saying this buuut for me (my own opinion) its better of the ending is JJ took the title and choose heaven over human. Don't get me wrong because i like seeing them being together but for an ending? Maybe it's better to have different ending than usual love stories in series.
