    What I love about this channel is that not only do they cover every dimension of physical fitness but also life lessons, psychological fitness etc. Just a perfect self development podcast

    I would love to see you guys and a guest talk about improving athleticism like reaction time, coordination, etc. But it may be all genetic. I was fairly strong and fast growing up, but couldn’t get good at, say, shooting/kicking the ball, catching, outmaneuvering others, etc.

    12:42 your biceps also raise the arm so you're not isolating the deltoids in that motion, you are initiating the movement with your biceps

    Man, there is so much advice i cant follow upon on because of my chronic patellar tendonitis for so many years thats just not going away. I can do nordics, reverse nordics, single leg squats but its just not healing at all preventing me from getting into running and jumping.
