- Let us live what we preach for Man cannot mock God. In this great master piece of Kalindula, Professor PK Chishala narrates the ordeal of a church minister or pastor named Polepole. The minister was a hypocrite and he did things such as practicing witchcraft while at the same time preaching against the vice. The minister had sold his life by having a human/snake mermaid that his children killed when they hurriedly fed the mermaid with hot nshima which at the same time killed the minister in front of the pulpit. In summary, We cannot pretend to be righteous and as long our hearts are not aligned with what God wants, our evil tendencies will be made known on the house tops for all to see. As the Bemba proverb says"What is eaten in the dark, will be known by the vomit of the morning.

the story is about the church elder who was very kin with his church and preach verywell but he was a witch, he had this witch craft then he told his wife that you have to cook the food for that wicth craft,it's like a dragon,but one day the family decide to go and visit their family to the village,but they left the same routine to their children to cook for the dragon,the principe was the leave the food to be cooled then to give to that thing,and one day died.
