Hope that’s not carpet on the stairs. Toilet in the kitchen is a no for me overall the kitchen is a miss, needs updating. The master should’ve had uniform windows
Charming older home that's actually move in ready. Some would leave it the way it is but I'd do a few updates if i were interested. Beautiful neighborhood and it's in a desired location. Did I say location?! #DuluthGA #Gwinnett The home will continue to appreciate nicely based on its location alone and it's in an excellent school district. Original price when it was new was $171k. These house prices are beyond ridiculous now you paying over 500k (half a million) for a 5 bedroom 3.5 bat , No Yard, older house at this point you got to be a millionaire to get a regular family size house
Must be the neighborhood for the asking price variation because I viewed a lovely home in Lirhonia that was built in 2009 , beautiful 3 sided brick home with all the bells and whistles including lake. The asking price was under 500 k around 460K . This is nice home but bedrooms are small and no pool and backyard is also small.

That house is 500k at best. It’s not modern in no way. I understand the market is what it is but that is not worth it.
