They definitely sound different becasue the knee is at different frequency. Similar components and circuit topology. I limke both for different things.

the power plug is better if you use figure 8 polarized instead of just 8. it connects better I believe it's 60320 C7P or C7 Polarized.
type II and *Maxell is the best sound I find
