13 mins in and you already level 17? yeah that wukong looked like he didnt know what he was doing but then again i've never faced a rank 1, i believe. also, whats up with tryn having no offense but still hitting like a truck with those crit hits? your rune page is a no brainer to select.
He is "hitting like a truck" because of his tempo, he is playing full aggro with ghost/ignite, and trying to get as much lead as possible early game, and then he is just expending it, while pressuring the map, and trying to finish it asap. If game lasts longer, he would have a lot of trouble with this setup tho

he doesn’t hit 17 till 24 mins into the game, the video is cut in some parts
