I feel I have to stay in shape to protect myself and attract opportunities from being attractive. Standing out is a conversation opener because people will ask how you do it. lol

When I'm washing dishes, my kids think it's hilarious to throw last minute cups, silverware, etc into the sink. Makes me so mad! It kind of turned into a joke and now they're teenagers still doing it. When I do it back to them, when it's their turn doing dishes, they just don't care. When I was younger I felt the same way about smoking I never seen the benefit in it, it only cause problems and have you addicted. I didn't drink until I was past 30 years old and it was only on the holidays around my family. I don't drink at all now.
