@@Dargoneth They are all cool, but I get why they choose Glav, he is like the most flashy. Also Brachy is not from the fated four, he is the flagship of MH3 IIRC, you are missing Gammoth the mammoth, he is from the fated four and also deserves love
All great monsters but in all honesty I wouldn't mind if some weren't in wilds just because of how frequent they are becoming. Would love to see laguacrus get some love
I love glavenus. He got such an interesting movement and attack pattern. Ducks and weaves and baits. And oh my God that tail spin mouth sharpening is the most anime thing ever. It's just so different from a lot of other monsters and it's part of the fun.
Mizutsune had the most inventive and interesting moveset ever. totally unique. Sadly the vertical difference of world compared to previous games made it impossible for them to add the monster in world..
You can tell if you have completed all quests if the "COMPLETED" next to the stars has the red background rather than blue. otherwise there are still hidden quests in that tier left for you to unlock.
I just started playing Monster Hunter World over the weekend. Now it's Monday and all I can think of at work is when can I go home so I can play more Monster Hunter 😂
Ok at this point I'm convinced that Asmon will not use tackle even if he was at gunpoint. The man can't even open hunters notes to see what makes GS good. I mean the only reason he even knows about overcharge is because of a meme video. And he will 100% never realize that there's a sweet spot needed to be hit.
I mean, he will figure things out at some point. It's always better to just play your style, fail or do wrong things - instead of just looking up how the weapon has to be played. MH is about learning by doing, even if that costs dozens of hours of you playing not good at all. If you learn stuff by only watching guides or getting tips, thats not the game series for you then, tho.
The part in the glavenus fight where he tries to hit it like 6 times and misses every one of them is absolute gold lol it was so good and funny, gotta love it 🤣
Hey Asmon! I think you are doing great so far! I love to see you getting those dodge rolls. Here a few things about s in this game (if someone already mentioned please ignore me): Without the evade window ability you have 7 s @30fps. That equals to a little more than 0.22 seconds but there is a catch. You have to dodge roll every frame of that attack, that would hit you. Let's say an attack would hit you for 6 frames you would have to be almost frame perfect. If it would hit you for more than 7 frames you simply cannot dodge it. This is why it feels so impossible sometimes. If you are looking for something closer to a DS3 fast roll, try evade window +5. Happy Hunting and greetings from Germany!

@@qull3840 You're correct but if you know what you're doing it a pretty good move and a shortcut to TCS. Especially when Asmon is using Divine Blessing 3. Asmon doesn't like to time or counter attacks though so he probably would get carted lol.

Yeah, I think so too. To be fair though, it's hard to start playing MHW and get invested in the wildlife without developing addictive behaviour REALLY fast. I remember when I tried World back then, it ended in me inevitably failing vocational school after a 4 year delirium. That's just how it goes.
Calling Tigrex and Brachydios easy while literally being saved from death at least 3 times per hunt by the Palico. Dude, give the Palico some credit. The guy's carrying your ass.

Any greatsword player worth their party slot won't block, it's a useless mechanic for the weapon that is outdone in every way by the tackle mechanic or just dodging it actually serves no purpose when guarding without any ironwall jewels slotted hits have so much knockback and stagger that you are animation locked for only a few frames less than just getting knocked down because of that you're often better of just taking the hit than you are losing 15-20% of your sharpness.
@@AlphaLuna The initial impressions does sound like your annoyed at how far he has made it without these. That said I have beaten Fatalis and virtually never used Flash Pods or any Clutch Claw/Slinger mechanics, however being a Gunner might have carried me in these aspects.

also the reason why the greatsword has new animations its because of iceborne basically if you do a true charged slash and if the first hit of the attack hits the final consecutive attack will have a bonus attack on the final hit and you know you hit it if its all red.
Thats just wrong. Second hit on TCS doesnt do more damage if you hit the first tiny hit. Orange numbers are just weakpoints and flashing orange hits are crits on weakpoints. I can say that I underestimated this game first time around I tried it years back and I honestly thought Asmon gonna get repelled by it eventually too. When he didn't, I tried the game again to confirm or destroy any doubts about it that sprouted by Asmon getting hooked. Turns out I was wrong about it, it only felt clunky coz I didn't understand combat enough. Menus felt clunky till u realize they are made with QoL in mind actually are fast and easy to navigate and control too. So I guess thx asmon for trying it out and pulling me back into it, this time for real lol.
This is actually very common with Monster Hunter. There’s even a saying in the community that ”the first game you try will push you away. The second game will hook you forever.” I guess in your case you did not wait for the next game (Rise or Wilds) to try again but it still applies. :)
I second the notion that this is very common. So many new players don't realize that pretty much ALL of us veterans to the series bounced off their first Monster Hunter game to some degree. I grew up watching my friend play MH on his PSP but it was too intimidating for me. I loved Tri but got stuck on Barioth back when I played that as a kid. It wasn't until I came back with 3 Ultimate that things really clicked for me and I was able to fully appreciate the experience, and I've never looked back since. Been a diehard MonHun fan since back then
@@DreamingVoid I'm talking from Mouse and Keyboard perspective as this being console and pc release. Compare these menus to anything fromsoft and they are golden (also console and PC releases). Again talking from MnK perspective I have LMB, F, spacebar, manual click on screen to confirm action for example in MHW. Can use 2 hotbars, have one to scroll through in two directions etc. Now look at Elden Ring and cry. My god I love that game, but they haven't made any progress lol - you can't even remap anything that matters from the few given to you, and things like - scroll only one way through spells and/or items equipped - if u missed, welp good luck scrolling those 7 items again...stupid). I'm also Tarkov player and they have excellent use of MnK and aviability of remaping and single key use (f.e. actions can be binded to single key like *check weapon* set on "hold" and then *fix malfunction* set to "release"). So these menus are good imo.
Use your mantle. It takes damage for you. You have it in your inventory, slot it to your radial menu. It'll save your life. Also you got the tail really early, but it looks like just a spike on the floor. Check your map for the tail icon.
Also the tackle will give you hyper armor, you still take damage but it'll maintain your momentum so you can keep your combo going or if you need to reposition in a pinch, you can cancel out of the charged slash combo if you know you're not going to hit and reposition also.
It’s awesome to see him enjoying the game but it’s a shame to watch him tank all fight mechanics that one shot me while playing. Divine guardian and Palico spam heals are serving as a crutch for him and not allowing him the chance to find deeper mechanics within great sword to further increase his skill levels.
@@threedog27 to me personally playing a weapon for hundreds of hours and then accidentally discovering "wait, this weapon could do THIS?!" is the highest point of playing MH.

But that’s his choice, so everyone should respect it. Unless he hit a wall and need to utilize it, otherwise just let the man play the way he wants. Correct me if iam wrong, the lore is that the hunters are descendants of super soldiers who created for great apocalyptic war or somethin thats why theyre very durable and can wield giant anime sword
@@dewaeryadi7776That's one theory. The Ancient Civilization may have made super soldiers to fight the Elder Dragons and hunters may be descendants of them. MonHun doesn't care too much about lore, so there's not a lot of specifics. I like that theory tho, so I choose to believe it.
@@amruzaky4939 well the armor wouldn't help against the blunt force trauma even if the hit doesn't touch you the force of such a heavy tail for example would liquify your innards cause humans are basically meat bags filled with water and stuff. I play the bow and the GS, there's nothing more satisfying than landing a full charge attack. I don't really watch Asmon that much but this is one of the more entertaining play throughs. 👍🏻
Asmon, your shoulder check/tackle are (essentially) your i-frames. The shoulder check also lets you get to your TCS faster. It is your most important tool in the GS move set (apart from the TCS). The roll in MHW is not good for i-frames without augmenting it much later to feel more like Dark Souls. At this point in the game, it's just for repositioning. Please please please watch the 20min Arekkz video on Great Sword. I PROMISE it will feel so much easier to land TCS's. You've been playing with a handicap.
Asmon has made me inspired to return to Monster Hunter World! I used to play this shit A TON way back in 2018, must’ve put at least 150h+ on my db character.
There's hyper-armor built-in with the tackle. He's prolly just too into the action to notice that's why chat's telling him to use tackle. Spamming was not cool tho.
I gotta say Divine Blessing makes a lot of fights way easier. Feels almost as bad as defender armor. Not to take anything away from Asmon's skill, but he should have carted way more than he did this stream. People wonder why I think this game is easy compared to previous titles lol. It's not about the quality of life, it's about the fact that you have to try REALLY hard to die to a monster. Between DB, health booster, the free heals your cat gives you AND the one free revive your cat gives you... you really can't fucking cart
@@sakuranohana1014 I think he will be able to tank Rajang just fine if he could consistently tank Tigrex dmg with DB. @@VelvetAura yeah rajang's tail is vulnerable but furious is not and Asmon likes hitting monsters' tail. Sure Alatreon and Fatalis are no joke. It's miracle if Asmon can beat them.

watching asmon play the game makes me feel like returning and play again but too bad there;s no other content left if you've done pretty much everything already
Glavenus fight illustrates Asmon, like a lot of newcomers to MH, seem to play hunts like they're playing a souls-like and they just want to run up and hit the monster. No status affects, no flinch shot, no mounting, no traps, just want to bonk with sword. It's more important that he's having fun so far be it from me to say he's playing "wrong", but I feel bad when he's not having a good time or feels self-conscious about how long the hunt is taking. I hope in the future he finds the rest of the monster hunting toolkit to be rewarding and learns to use it.
But he's not being punished. He barely takes damage and despite being a chew toy the whole hunt he posts good hunt times. He's just bulldozering the game as if he was a beginner in fatalis gear. It's very strange. He doesn't have to learn cause he beats it all first try.
I know he should play how he wants to but his line "I feel like I'm not doing what I should be doing". The response for that is, "like the tackle that's the feature of the weapon, perhaps?". I'm not hating. It's just that he asks that question but refuses to do what the best way for that situation.
The thing is, Asmongold is doing just fine. He has so few hours that he doen't have any obligation to know yet all the tricks the game has to offer, and nobody wants backseating when you are actively enjoying the experiencie. Does he need to learn how to land more big attacks (and the shortcuts)? yes Does he need to use better his enviroment? definitively Is he attacking the wrong spots on the monster? maybe Does he have a lot to learn? of course But he is learning and the improvement shows. Here he started to read and study some pattern from monsters HE'S FIGHTING FOR THE FIRST TIME and that's huge. And on top of that, HE'S PLAYING ON KEYBOEARD for fatalis's sake!
I've started playing the game since October and Asmon's progress is so close to mine right now. Not only that his progress gaining so fast but also how good was he for a first time player. Can't wait for Asmon to slay Ishval or Alatreon, AT vel or even Fatalis.
im so happy to see him playing more but I'm also sad that he gave up trying to tcs when monster is sleeping He missed the most satisfying dmg pulled off ever...
You can really tell hes in the groove when he makes a mistake or his plan fails he's just like the "oh no... anyways" meme. But when he misses the final hit of the charged combo he gets actually upset.
Asmon should really consider doing some group hunts. Not with MSQ monsters but some repeat runs on tempered monsters to farms gems. It’s such a great feeling to take down a monster together with other chads.
@@DreamingVoidI dont think that’s fair. He literally watched team darkside throw out a 10k TCS on one of their videos and it didn’t seem to bother him but motivate him. Also the guy wears the same plain white shirt every day - not exactly the sign of a narcissist.

I’ve got to say. I tried playing monster hunter on 2 different occasions over the years prior to asmon playing it, and simply couldn’t get into it after a couple hours each time. Seemed too complicated. Once asmon started it I tried again cause watching him play 4-5 hours seemed really fun. Again after 3-4 hours I thought uh this seems so complicated and the menus and crafting are just all over the place. So stopped again and thought “I’ll just have fun watching asmon play it”. So for about 10 hours I did that and watched asmon go through new zones and monsters and after a week of this I thought. I’m gonna try it again. After about 15 hours of playing and finding the hammer. I was hooked. This game really really needs to emphasize the importance of using a weapon that clicks with you. Anyone out there unsure about the game or tried it before and it didn’t click. Try a different weapon. Try them all. It totally changed the game for me when I found a weapon that had a move set I clicked with. And being able to use the claw is a must for me. Just makes movement way more fun which I find important. So while I hate that getting the icebourne expansion was necessary for me to make the game play in a way I found enjoyable I can’t say I regret having to buy it. The games great!!! That is all I can say. It took me 5ish tries over as many years. But I love it. I’m hooked.
For a vod or not you should definitely watch a in-depth Greatsword guide so you can learn more about the shoulder bashing and how it can counter Roars and how it can interrupt your charging in case the monster moves so you can quickly sheathe and reposition

Monster Hunter Tri is such a gem of a game and I often miss Moga Woods 😄 it still holds as my fave free roam area honestly! Especially in 3 Ultimate on the WiiU/3DS later was just perfect. World just is a lot more entry friendly if you don't have an already familiar with the game friend to show you the ropes / basics 😊 and for that it's great.
I've always said, large brute wyverns are a rough matchup for GS unless you're extremely familiar with their movement. their bodies are long with their feet acting as a pivot point that can take their head or tail 30 yards away in an instant. They really require a deep understanding of both the weapon and the monster to do well relative to other the other monster types if you want to have good sustained DPS.
refusing to tackle with Great Sword is like refusing to dodge in Dark Souls. At this point in the game it's kinda embarrassing but glad he's having fun
He's refusing a lot of things that are somewhat core, slinger shots, clawing into walls, using better mantles, not using craftables other than for capturing. Some by choice others by inexperience
@@SubiKinubi This doesn't make a fucking lick of sense, his fights are taking almost three times longer than they need to because he is obstinately refusing to use mechanics for no reason other than stubborn ignorance. If “beating this game this week” are finishing base iceborne content then yeah it’s possible. But he’ll need more than a month to beat Alatreon or Fatalis
Free meal is good in MP for support character. Because you can get skills which give the same effects to other players you can effectively use Mega Potion to heal everyone without needing those specialized dust items. Also works with Buff items as well. Since you'll be spamming heals to heal everyone else and not just yourself it's very useful to have Maxed Free Meal, otherwise you burn through your items. I made a healer/support build with Sword & Shield so I could use items fast and act as team healer. I found it very useful on some of the harder bosses to help carry people who don't have good defenses or just bad at dodging since if they faint too many times the mission fails. I've found a lot of the tougher fights that have a high fail chance in groups are a lot easier with dedicated healer. Bring all the Atk & Def buff items to boost them team and then just keep everyone's HP topped off to reduce the chance of faints.
Glavenus have very fair and well telegraphed, fun mechincs to play around it, Asmon shouldnt try to TCS so much in that first fight because the tail is very mobile, but rather focusing on sniping the tail and then sheath and chase as soon as the tail comes down after attack and snipe it again
Tackling is a fast shortcut to your big charged attack. It also lets you tackle through attacks with less damage taken. Best paired with the stun resistance level 3 skill. Hope to see you try it. You'd wreck house learning it. Main combo is, cancel 1st charge into a tackle, then cancel 2nd charge into tackle, then final charge attack.
I hope he learns the shoulder tackle and unlearns constantly going for the true charge slash. Save the big move for when the monster is exhausted, ko'd, knocked over or trapped, your hunts will go more smoothly then.
Alright, let's clear some shit up about the Glavenus tail cut. Glavenus's tail has a break AND a sever. The break can happen whether or not the tail is red. The tail MUST be red for the sever though. The tail turning red is independent of Glavenus becoming enraged.

37:40 the tail can only be cut off when it's glowing; easier to hit. when it's normal (as in grey), good luck trying to hit it, let alone cut it off. best part? you won't disable the tail attacks when you sever it. Fingers crossed there's no Kushala Daora in Wilds. Even as an IG main with full Kushala armor that thing is just the most annoying fight ever.
@@CloudCollapse I get you, I'll rather have it reworked, but the guy is a flagship too so I highly doubt it now that they have the trend of putting most famous flagships. If something I thing they might add Chameleos as they missed him on World.
Why is everybody loving Glavenus so much? He's one of 4. Brachy has the best music, Astalos is the coolest fly monster and Mizutsune is just overall the best monster ever so where is the love?
Good job, pardner
Counting the hours to 6pm has never been so dreadful
What are you playing and how far are you?
Welcome! glad youre enjoying it so much. What weapon are you liking so far?
If u can, get a 3ds to play 3U, 4U, Gen :D

That glavenus tail carve was insane. Made me laugh out loud. Definitely some sort of divine intervention

Dude is blessed by the gods. I swear every single time he gets to low HP monsters switch off aggro to mewconnell and let him back to full. EVERYTIME.
Divine Blessing is so valuable in this game. It's insane how often it saves you.

I see this in the comments of every video now. It's kind of funny. "Someone tell him to use tackle plz"

The part in the glavenus fight where he tries to hit it like 6 times and misses every one of them is absolute gold lol it was so good and funny, gotta love it 🤣
Glavenus can be very hard to hit tbh.
Hey Asmon! I think you are doing great so far! I love to see you getting those dodge rolls. Here a few things about s in this game (if someone already mentioned please ignore me):
Without the evade window ability you have 7 s @30fps.

I'm betting that once he learns the full advantages of tackle, he won't stop talking about how OP it is.
till he uses it against a kirin
I think tackle is double-edged if you use it at the wrong moment. You can get cart from consecutive attacks because you don't get from knockdowns. Those knockdown s are very precious breathing room against monster you don't know the moveset.
@@qull3840 You're correct but if you know what you're doing it a pretty good move and a shortcut to TCS. Especially when Asmon is using Divine Blessing 3. Asmon doesn't like to time or counter attacks though so he probably would get carted lol.

With and without tackle this is a different game.

Any greatsword player worth their party slot won't block, it's a useless mechanic for the weapon that is outdone in every way by the tackle mechanic or just dodging it actually serves no purpose when guarding without any ironwall jewels slotted hits have so much knockback and stagger that you are animation locked for only a few frames less than just getting knocked down because of that you're often better of just taking the hit than you are losing 15-20% of your sharpness.

also the reason why the greatsword has new animations its because of iceborne
basically if you do a true charged slash and if the first hit of the attack hits the final consecutive attack will have a bonus attack on the final hit and you know you hit it if its all red.
Thats just wrong. Second hit on TCS doesnt do more damage if you hit the first tiny hit. Orange numbers are just weakpoints and flashing orange hits are crits on weakpoints.
The TCG does have a lvl 4 charge that lowers damage if you hold it too long.

Finding a weapon you really like helps, too
This is actually very common with Monster Hunter.
There’s even a saying in the community that ”the first game you try will push you away. The second game will hook you forever.”
I guess in your case you did not wait for the next game (Rise or Wilds) to try again but it still applies.
Dude Divine blessing is such an underrated ability.
Its so damn good.

He’s in for a rude awakening once he hits raging brachy or the black dragons
Bro says he wants to learn the mechanics and get better so refuses to use tools and other moves but crutches on defense and healing items lol
i really hope to see him using tackle, guard and sling charge one day. they just totally change the way you play GS
He uses literally one third of the GS real power. Tackle and sling charge change the weapons pace tremendously.
@@threedog27 to me personally playing a weapon for hundreds of hours and then accidentally discovering "wait, this weapon could do THIS?!" is the highest point of playing MH.

he used those tactics offstream, he said he guarded against nerg dive bomb during one of his offstream farming. He just don’t want to use them while streaming for unknown reason. But that’s his choice, so everyone should respect it. Unless he hit a wall and need to utilize it, otherwise just let the man play the way he wants. After all, tackle + slinger + terrain dmg are for min-max run.
I always find it funny how the character gets hit by such big monsters and just brushes it off like it's nothing, just scratch 😂
My theory is the hunters are descendants of dragons themselves. With so many things being off shoots of dragons anyway, why not the humans
It's just the armor

PROUD of you going back for the optionals! Pog it up
Now that's he know that monster are getting Faster and more punishing, This is the perfect time to hit Training ground
But he's not being punished. He barely takes damage and despite being a chew toy the whole hunt he posts good hunt times. He's just bulldozering the game as if he was a beginner in fatalis gear. It's very strange. He doesn't have to learn cause he beats it all first try.

I get not wanting people to tell you what to do but at least spend time at the training grounds so you know the move set of the weapon you're using.
The thing is, Asmongold is doing just fine. He has so few hours that he doen't have any obligation to know yet all the tricks the game has to offer, and nobody wants backseating when you are actively enjoying the experiencie.
Does he need to learn how to land more big attacks (and the shortcuts)? yes
Does he need to use better his enviroment? definitively
Is he attacking the wrong spots on the monster? maybe
Does he have a lot to learn? of course
But he is learning and the improvement shows.
Here he started to read and study some pattern from monsters HE'S FIGHTING FOR THE FIRST TIME and that's huge.
And on top of that, HE'S PLAYING ON KEYBOEARD for fatalis's sake!

The tackle is like GS' premier move. Without it, he's handicapping himself.
I love how he said "It's Tail time" and then tailed all over the place
I’m glad his tail doubt ended only two hunts after it started, he really lost confidence in the cut after the glavenus fight
im so happy to see him playing more but I'm also sad that he gave up trying to tcs when monster is sleeping
He missed the most satisfying dmg pulled off ever...
You can really tell hes in the groove when he makes a mistake or his plan fails he's just like the "oh no... anyways" meme.
But when he misses the final hit of the charged combo he gets actually upset.
Monster Hunter is a game the seperates the men from the boys.
Asmon should really consider doing some group hunts. Not with MSQ monsters but some repeat runs on tempered monsters to farms gems. It’s such a great feeling to take down a monster together with other chads.

No, the tackle!
It's a shame not using the core machanic of GS.
I’m hooked.
You made this game look fun. started playing it too much its addictive

He honestly doesn’t have to with that build, no one’s barely scratching him even the MR fights I’ve seen this far
@@SubiKinubi This doesn't make a fucking lick of sense, his fights are taking almost three times longer than they need to because he is obstinately refusing to use mechanics for no reason other than stubborn ignorance.
He can and SHOULD use these mechanics, saying he doesn't have to because he's not taking damage is plain fucking stupid because tackle isn't about NOT TAKING DAMAGUE HURRR it's about forcing openings that otherwise would not exist in order to land more true charge slashes, his defense has fucking NOTHING to do with the fact that he is intentionally gimping his offensive power by not using core mechanics of the weapon that are there for a FUCKING REASON.
@@SubiKinubi Ignoring the fact his average kill time is >30-35 minutes which is, to be honest, quite dogshit for how far he is in the game. His hyper-passive playstyle that he refuses to evolve from will bite him in the ass once he reaches Rajang / Raging Brachy.
I am so glad he is working through the optionals, he gets to see all the content and the rewards you get from them
If “beating this game this week” are finishing base iceborne content then yeah it’s possible.
But he’ll need more than a month to beat Alatreon or Fatalis
true
Tab in the forging menu lets you sort by skills, defense, element, etc. Very intuitive menu.
Lol it's a very terrible menu
Mcconnell worked so well. lol
That Palico really work hard. GJ, Mcconnell !!!🤣🤣🤣
I started playing after watching you and found out that you can sprint while drinking potions lol
I'm scared for asm. The Rajang hungers for his blood.
Calling the Palico Mcconnell is just too perfect
I hope he learns the shoulder tackle and unlearns constantly going for the true charge slash. Save the big move for when the monster is exhausted, ko'd, knocked over or trapped, your hunts will go more smoothly then.
2:35:13 when you're about to die but you're the mc
Alright, let's clear some shit up about the Glavenus tail cut.
Glavenus's tail has a break AND a sever. The break can happen whether or not the tail is red. The tail MUST be red for the sever though.
The tail turning red is independent of Glavenus becoming enraged.
Thanks, didn't know that.
So happy seeing Asmon working for the Rainbow pigment☺️
44:12 that casual "oh! diablos's here"
Once you get into this game, there's no way out unless you give up! I can only say that you already beat this game once you solo Fatalis! Hahaha
Made it to Iceborne and still doesn't know to use traps as temporary moments to get in big damage.
I really don't remember MHW:IB being so casual friendly.
Can't wait for him to fight actual boss monsters instead of these babies.
The divine blessing is strong with this one
Divine blessing has carried him through this game
37:40 the tail can only be cut off when it's glowing; easier to hit. when it's normal (as in grey), good luck trying to hit it, let alone cut it off.
best part? you won't disable the tail attacks when you sever it. Glavenus will still use its tail as if it wasn't chopped off.
mate, i understand trying to take advantage of a situation, but could you please just *watch* a turf war? you're kind of missing out.
44:08 "ok, here you go."
Asmon: gets slammed by Glav for 30 minutes
Also Asmon: man this boss is easy. All i gotta do is *insert excuse here*
I don't know why it's so hard for him to admit when shit is challenging without trying to gaslight us into believing he only got beat on cause some wack ass excuse🤦♂️😂😂
Relax, that was just a joke
Hearing the brachy roar gave me flashbacks to my time fighting raging.
I respect how far Asmon has come in this game. However, someone needs to tell him about demondrug.
Demondrug isnt gonna matter when all he does is run around the whole time until the monster does a super long animation or is attacking his cat.
@@UlfgeirValbjornWatching a greenhorn playing GS at one third of its potential is actually boring. Asmons character is the one thing people are still hooked to his streams.
@@UlfgeirValbjorn he doesn't wanna use tackle so that's is only option tbh
@@juaquinledesma4618 I know, but he also says he can't i-frame/hyper armor some moves and people tell him he can, then he refused to do it. It's kinda infuriating at times. Lol
@@UlfgeirValbjornlet him be, everyone has a different playstyle, and to be fair there will be some monsters that will punish that. Hit and run only works for the first few monsters.
Idk how has he progressed this far and still not discovered tackle.
Even using the slinger burst with high grade ammo to flinch them then immediately go into true charge slash.
Still no wall bangs either.
But he has been tenderizing during the claggers at least so there’s hope.
Damn he's been putting work on this game and I'm all for it
It's funny how good people are saying the armor and power talon are but reality they don't do much. You just need them to minmax is all.
