Hey Taco - the last stuff is all part of a professional photographer's set up. Please get the lenses and everything else away from the battery acid (don't put anything back into that bag). The Einstein 640 monolight by itself runs around $350 and the (Nikon) lenses are worth at least $100 each, probably more. The flat/round thing (known as a 'cookie') is also part of a studio lighting set that uses the tri-pod - All of these together are some major bucks.
Great score!! I usually sell my airline travel bags for between 25 and 45 bucks. I'd price the British Airways bag for 45 as long as the inside looks decent.
Wow what a score! Those Abercrombie and American Eagle will def sell for good money. The 90s/ early 2000s style is back in style especially the hoodies. They must be in great condition if they hung them so neatly. Heck even that black closet thing they came in has to be worth something. The Tupperware looks 80s. Happy for you Taco! Enjoy your Sunday
Good morning Taco. The clock, the old record player, the vision ware and the Paul C Buff are some great treasures. You have done well in buying those pallets and suitcases. Enjoy your weekend Taco.
What a different world when all those items was packed up.who ever packed those items could have never guessed that you would be unboxing their items on TH-cam. A sadness washed over me watching this video maybe because those items looked like items I grew up with and it reminded me of my Mom who has now moved to heaven. Guess I am feeling nostalgic.
Hi Taco. It looks like you’ve did very well today and camera lens are very sellable. You may not get thousands of dollars but you will get a nice amount for them. It’s cool you got some of the clothes that Renee got in her lot. Maybe you can help each other out with it. You’ve done well on this trip to the pallet action young Taco . Congratulations 🎉. Take care. PEACE. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️🥰🥰🥰🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🥰🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
This is the 70s calling and I want my stuff back...lol. The record player maybe a hit. I had something like that one. Fllip the bottom over (be careful not to bang the arm with the needle)and look for a compartment. Mine had 2, one for batteries and the other for storage of the plug for power. Yours has a radio, AM/FM. There was no case, it sat on a table or counter-top and made to be portable. Look to see if there is a insert for the 45s. Most models played 45s and 33 1/3s, better models players also could play 78s. We would drag them to party on the weekends in a barn or basement. Others would bring their favorite records, hi-fi's were not portable and very expensive. Oh such happy memories, thanks.
Excellent buy, Taco! Very happy for you and hope you get the bigger bucks on that gear! Clothes haul is pretty good too. That Box Butler crate is probably a good sale item too.
Hi Taco! I think the majority of your buy is the flotsam of life. I wonder what someone would say going thru my packed up stuff. After all, we pack things up in the belief we will unpack them and be reunited with our goods and memories. Buff is photography equipment, so it's a good find. You had some other low to mid-range stuff, and all together should pay you back with profit, and that's good news. Suggestion, I agree a head mount camera for picking is not efficient, but when you are filming this kind of thing, a head mount would be perfect. In the very least, please use some kind of mount for the camera when you're unboxing. You can't show stuff holding the camera. And today You could even use hand warmers because at least one hand could be in your pocket! Always a fun video, Best to you, Taco and smoochies to Salsa, Have a blessed day 🐾🐾🥰🤗💖✝🙏🎄❄⛄🌬👍
Taco, I think a part of that kitchen stuff could be from the 60's. Some items reminded me of the items my mother had stuffed a way in boxes and drawers in her kitchen.
I got married in 1977 and I think the Tupperware is from the early 80's. We built our home and moved in in 1981. So, it would have to be after that time. Still have a couple cups left.
Wow, Taco, you got some stuff. You had to look for it, but it's in there. You got your money back plus good for you? Give salsa a hug in a pet, we need to see her.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
The lenses are probably better than the actual camera. As you said.. camera get out-dated with new technology but the lenses will fit on cameras of many eras that have a bayonet mount.
I have been following your channel for a long time now and I really enjoyed you and your adventures. However it drives me nuts when you don’t open something that is wrapped up to see what it is. I know you can’t look at everything in one Video but maybe show us when you get it all sorted out. Or even just the things that are interesting and maybe have more value than you thought. Just a suggestion. I definitely won’t stop watching because it judged me crazy but it just does ha ha 😂❤
The British Airways bag is dated 1977 - the SIlver Jubilee. If Taco is dead lucky it contains Concorde stuff and is worth a good pile. I know Concorde flights gave out souvenir bags like that.
Where are you selling the old style tape recorders. The little black ones. I have a tape of my late husband’s voice telling stories and the tape recorder is not working. I would love to hear his voice again. Thank you.
Pyrex Visionware is desirable for people that do not wish to cook with metal cookware (Stainless Steel). It is very desirable especially the larger pieces like stock pots, large frying pans & if pieces are found new in the box. It comes in various colors. It cleans nicely with steel wool, even if found burned from food. I buy it when I run across it…it’s great to use or sell online. I have a set.
Saw the camping quipment ona detecting video. They were camping in less than 32 degree weather and were snug as a bug in a rug. In fact, one can get too hot in one if they are in higher degree weather. You should make a bundle on this one.
Nikon remains a popular brand of camera - the film oneas are wanted for art photography - the lenses are top quality. Not huge money but good money. Nice haul!
18:35 stackable aluminum lunch tins about $20+; panasonic recorder about $40 if all parts are inside and battery compartment is clean. great score on the einsteins!
That tower with the lock on it is used in India and various other countries to put a meal in for a working person. The meals are hot, home cooed for tge most part and sent by carriers to the working people.
Yes I agree with the above. My son who lives in a cool area of London has one of these that he drops off at a lady who home cooks Indian food and then calls by and collects on way home from work.
Hey Taco, maybe I might be crazy but obviously you and Renee both go to these auctions. Why don't you guys film for each other so you can use both hands. Just an idea it sure would make things easier. It's more interesting when things aren't making us dizzy as your camera moves all over!
You make so much more work for yourself, your all over the place when you start digging into stuff, I know your looking for that miracle find but your passing by treasures that your just passing by, I almost had my husband getting into thrifting and we only watch your videos but he couldn't handle how you just threw stuff in the van , lol I wish you could see his garage let paper and moose teach you how go threw those bins without making so much more work for yourself, give me a brake I'm a 70 yr old woman that finds some odd joy in watching you two go through trash, lol peace
Would it be possible to set up a table put your go pro on do it 2 handed so we get a better look and i am not stressed that you are going to drop something valuable 😉
Taco, can you cut open that lock with that metal cylinder on video? There could be money or valuables in there, it looked like a portable safe? And that metal tool case that had that random stuff (like the thimble in there) could have cash between the papers, you should empty it all out to see what is in there. Really interesting video!
I actually went ahead and pryed open the lock a couple hours ago. The lock itself just fell apart in my hands, shocking, not much of a lock there haha. Then all the individual cups (since apparently it was a stack of cups) fell all over the ground. Nothing was inside. But for some reason I had really thought there would be! I guess the lock was there so that it keeps it closed and tight, maybe the clamp itself was going bad and constantly opened.
Hi ... Just wondering ... How do you know that the contents have not already been gone thru before they get put on the pallets or selling a storage unit?? Is it just trust or is there some sort of security that ensures the pallets (Storage unit) are packed without prior scrounging thru them? Best wishes on your treasures hunts!
They don't. Its always a risk. A guy I follow in CA is always happy when the lockers he buys have cobwebs. He know they haven't been gone through. Another thing these storage outfitt do is...when people clean out a locker and leave junk they don't want they will throw it in a locker and when they have enough and it appears full they will auction it off. Of course the auction buyer is responsible for cleaning out the locker they bought at auction....so they (the rooked buyer) have basically paid for the privilege of carting away other peoples trash and having to pay dump fees for the privilege.
I would ditch the one hand camera method. It just extends the video needlessly. I can’t see what you open or partially open. I know you’ve heard it before from others.
Did you hear what happen to Renees camera with the tripod? I feel awful. $600 camera damaged due to the wind because the tripod fell over. I think I might hire a camera crew next year, but I don't know if I can afford it. sad. maybe quit TH-cam? idk
That thick stuff in the liquor bottle I’ve seen before, someone I know brought something like that from Nicaragua I believe it was a very very potent alcohol.
Get home and warm up with a big cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows and whipped cream a sprinkle of cinnamon on top and a candy cane to stir. Big belly scratch for Salsa!

I believe that is what the camping gear with
The things he thought was stove pipe goes with those lights
The "stove pipes" are pop up light boxes that are part of the lights. Don't toss ANYTHING from that box. Most of it is professional studio lighting.
Get those big Mickey Mouse gloves off before you break everything
With all the room you have you should unpack everything and spread it out and show everyone what you got in the unboxing.
Taco, you need to get a tripod to put your phone on so you'll have two hands and give us a more thorough look. Great video though.
Great score!! I usually sell my airline travel bags for between 25 and 45 bucks. I'd price the British Airways bag for 45 as long as the inside looks decent.

That blue British Airways bag said Join in the Jubilee. That would have been the Queen's 25th Silver Anniversary on the throne, in 1978-79.
WOW you hit the big jackpot Taco! Good finds and great for you!
Abercrombie and Fitch clothes are winners! Good luck with everything.
Get warm and have a hot drink , always enjoy your videos Thanks !!!
Take a look at some of the vintage plastic bags that stuff is stored in. Some of those stores are no longer around.
Frame 18:35 That looks kind-of like a lunch pail, could be why theres a lock on it ! There are people who collect older Tupperware !!
Maybe cash inside ????

Pretty good haul on various fronts. Nice work.

somebody had a vintage booth or store somewhere. good haul
PLEASE let Renee unwrap the things wrapped in newspaper next time. :) Those look so old and neat. I feel like she would be more gentle.
H doesn't now anything about glassware or care or even know how to handle it. Someone else should really open that stuff.
I didn’t see anything get broken. Guess all is well.
To clarify, I know she likes old paper and the old paper those were wrapped in looked like something she would LOVE

the British airways carry bag is showing for sale at $84 Canadian so about $65 US (on Etsy)

Those records will indeed fit on the record player.
Apologies if this has been asked a million times, but what is your ebay store called?
That could be old Barbancourt Rum, which is pri-cey 👍
The lighting stuff and Manfrotto stuff is photography equipment
