Hover Drone Speedbuild Part 2

I'm not dead! Just sleeping!
For a year?? I guess so!
Wow. Many apologies for the delay; I finally put together some video of where the Hover Drone ended up!
Notes:
-I tried to create rust effects by mixing some old dried-up Sophisticated Finishes Rust with Acrylic matte medium to re-constitute it; this didn't work especially well and produced a more heavily textured surface than I wanted. Worth a try, though!
-Instead of spray paint, this build was sponge painted with acrylic craft paints.
-The graphics are a simple tape mask with some white gel pen.
-the base is an old piece of metal junk with foam in the center, topped with real desert dirt and jute twine recycled from a doormat!
-not shown in the video is the application of a little dry artists' chalk (brown/orange/yellow tones) to blend things together and make the drone look old n' dusty.
