2023 Youth Leadership Conference

These cowboys and cowgirls saddled up and tackled this week head on. They learned skills like welding, driving tractors, tagging cattle, riding horses, and building an aquaponics system, along with team building and leadership skills. They are also leaving Youth Leadership Conference with a new mindset about their own personal brand. Here’s a glimpse of the rootin’ tootin’ good time we’ve had this year! Yee Haw!
Youth Leadership Conference is Farm Bureau's premiere leadership summer program for high school students. It provides attendees the chance to learn about agricultural commodities and legislative advocacy, all while honing their leadership skills and building relationships with students from across the state.
