Hi Vidhya, I am going for physiotherapy. Both the knees are affected by chondromalacia. Living with pain. Physiotherapy helps me. Planning to meet Dr. Bala sir in December. I can't travel now. Going to join swimming . Here orthopedic surgen said walking,swimming are allowed.
I have chondromalacia patella pain, so I did ankle weight lifting exercises. Now, my knee pain is almost gone, but I'm now experiencing pain and dullness in my thigh and hamstring. Can I use a thigh support, and will it help reduce my thigh pain and weakness?"
6 months back I have hit my knee against my cot which made lot of pain. After visiting the ortho doc he said I'm having this problem called Condromalsia pettella. Though the name looks fancy but the pain isn't that simple. I'm facing the issue daily like if I sleep on my back and if want to turn-around my knee just get struck and am the person who enjoys to sit on the floor but after this injury I cannot sit on the floor even if I try to sit on the floor I experience a hell of pain while I getup. Tho my doc refered few psyotherapies I don't find them working on me. Could you pls tell me at what stage I am and what exactly is the solution. 😢😢😢
