I’m new to BTL, but have watched a number of your videos and it’s really helpful in increasing my understanding and awareness. Thank you! Out of interest, have you ever dealt with military personnel wanting to BTL and any specific tips/advice for them?

Hi Alex - many thanks for your kind words. I confess I don't see why anyone in the military would have any additional challenges over and above any civilian investors... In fact I have a number of military personel on my course at the moment... I had a coaching call with obe this evening funnily which who's doing great things 😃

    Great video Tony thanks !
I’ve viewed a property and it needs a bit of work( not too much) I was going to email the agent with a low offer and a list of work which needs to be completed ( hence the low offer) , is a list of works needed to be completed a good idea ?
Thanks and keep the excellent videos coming:)

Hi Des... Personally I'd try to sit down with the agent and work through the figures WITH him... This way he should be more accepting of your low offer, if he can see how you've calculated the numbers. Good luck with it 😃

Hi Tony, great video! If you are looking to purchase through a Ltd company structure is this something you should draw attention to? Specifically referring to your comment on business cards. Thanks

hello tony, first i would like to say that i have been watching lots of your video over the past weeks and have found them to be more than helpful so thank you for that. In some of your video you have briefly mentioned about your hmo, i am looking next year to found my own rental hmo's and i am i bit unsure of the start up cost to it and also the recent changes to the laws. any advice with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Tony,
Slightly unrelated to this video, i apologise!
However i would like to know your thoughts on buying property through say a ltd company? is there any benefits?
Im a first time buyer, 22 yrs old + 1 friend with a combined budget of 25-30k.
Your videos are a huge help!

Hi Nathan, that's a great question, but too much to answer in a simple post on here.
Maybe check out my (free) mini course... You'll find it on my website 😊
