hey bud, by now you've probably got yourself a good bit more oriented with it but i'll let you in on a few things 3:01 that's a windblocker. Popular Equipment package addition for reducing wind getting into the cabin at speed, something to do with the aerodynamics of an open top; i never noticed much of a difference at all when i drove it with the top down and it always seemed a bit gimmicky to me, but i used it anyhow 9:07 that's the power steering fluid reservoir; that little top with the open/close has a dipstick on the end you use to check fluid level that center console door has been busted like that for a few years now, never pulled completely off so i just dealt with it those bose speakers can get crackly real easy in wet weather and they're kind of ass overall (all highs, all lows, gotta be bose), i'd definitely take a look into figuring out a new sound system all in all if your plans are for a weekend car you've definitely got something worth your while. i'll miss it but you definitely have a lot more in store for the car than I ever had
Thanks for the info man! I’m going to start with the simple things I know I can work on, then move onto more difficult things that take some research. I’m a little mechanically inclined, but I wanted a project car for the learning experience. Just about everything you mentioned, I want replace or do some kind of resto-mod. But I don’t feel overwhelmed, more excited. Just need my broken finger to heal and I can get back to work more easily. (Belt or alternator, and fluids are first)
