On your latest twitch vid , you can hear a distinct buzz or noise while you play. Starts around 11:43 mark on the twitch vod and is heard throughout the vod. Something isn't grounded properly so since the setup described on here is to show us how to connect pc's and audio between them and hearing the hum / buzz, i can't see how this tutorial will be beneficial unless one want's audio noise in the setup as described here on this video.
for the software at 4:07...you download on both computers or? Thanks so much, setting up my duel pc right now and just having troubles with the audio and mic parts!
@cbizsznn Depending on the Mac device and the PC setup, you might have to set it up in a different way. For example, if you are using Mac as a stream pc, then you need to use a 4K X capture card for video and audio mixer to connect everything in one place then send it to your Mac and Headphones. That how I do it, at least. I'll probably do a video on it since I want to test it in more detail.
@@TechGrant i have the HD60 X and I get the gameplay on my obs on my mac and I get the audio of the game to my mac but then I personally can't hear my own gameplay, anyway you can help
@cbizsznn If you use the sound capture software like I did, you be able to hear your gameplay. I recommend setting it up on your gaming oc since your Mac is streaming pc. Use the advance mode and enable your headphones and hdmi audio to capture card www.elgato.com/us/en/s/downloads
wow thank u so much i actually thought that i would have to buy an elgato mic & stream deck like how everyone has there dual pc setup, thank u !!!!!! is there any delay or latency when u play ?
That setup is similar to setting up a console with a laptop or gaming pc. When I do my video on a console setup. I'll show how to setup up with a PC instead of a console for a part of the video or maybe its own video.
Can you use an old HD60 S as the capture card or do you need HD60 X? When I use my HD60 S it only shows the desktop wall paper did I do something wrong?
Nice work, ill have to try this whenever i get brave enough to stream 😆
But seriously, best explanation I've seen yet

One of them wasn't plugged in all the way, that's my bad. Thx for pointing that out.

opps nvm answered my question right after! seems like you download for both :) thanks \o/
Thank U so much, but does this work if i use my laptop to stream ?
I use 2 headphones for 2 pc , what pc is your microphone plugged up too?
Does it work for gaming Pc into a gaming laptop for the dual pc setup ?!
line in doesnt show on obs for me
How does this work if you use wavelink?
Really helpful video. Could a similar setup be used to capture Xbox or PlayStation to a streaming PC?
@aaronwyrd Yes, it can. There are a few different things that you need to do, though. I'll probably do a video on a console setup.
think you could do this with a pc and a mac?

no it’s why they use a 2nd pc/ streaming pc so everything is running off of that pc and not your gaming so you don’t have any performance issues
do you have to be using an elgato capture card in order to use the sound capture software?
@L8NiteDadBods No, I've installed it on new pc builds for testing.
@@TechGrant so really the only key to using the elgato sound capture is having those 3.5mm cables setup like you do in your video?
@L8NiteDadBods Yes, this really isn't the most optimal way to set up a duel pc setup. It will work for anyone who sets it up.
How do I get rid of the delay on gaming pc. Now when I play the game is delayed in my headphones
did you find a answer
How bout PC as gaming and windows laptop?

I am using one desktop (gaming pc) and one laptop (streamşng pc) how can i connect aux cables?
Did you figure it out? I wanted to try this also.

When I use my HD60 S it only shows the desktop wall paper did I do something wrong?
@@bytrain123 HD60 S works, I have one and confirm. I've done it in the past.
@@TechGrant For some odd reason it only shows my desktop wallpaper and nothing else though, do you know why it is only showing that
